I visited the location at 11445 Garland Dallas Tx. I that location was a very nice store with lots of space. Business was slow and five or six people some of them were employees,standing on the front of the store laughing and cutting up. One women I noticed name badge said Sonya, had lots of hickies and a very low cut shirt with very very tight pants on. I asked a girl in the office who she was and they said one of the managers. Didn't think that much about what I had saw but the next time I visited that location I went to the back to use the restrooms and saw the same girl or lady kissing someone in the back hallway. It happened that the restrooms were in the front of the store. I really don't think I'll be back. I'll just go to the one on Garland rd.

This e-letter is to compliment "Winston", the day manager at the Fiesta Mart at the SE corner of S. 81st Street and Hwy 169 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This man is always cheerful and pleasant, and always greets you when you walk in the front door. His store is super-clean, his bathrooms are emaculate, the coffee is always fresh, and he insisted that 'his store' provide ethanol-free gasoline. Plus, the brushless car wash at this store does an excellent job! In Tulsa, Quik Trip rules. But, once I set foot in this particular Fiesta Mart, I've quit going to Quik Trip or any other convenience store. Fiesta Mart should be proud of Winston and this particular store.

the store on camp bowie west in fort worth is a disaster - it's nasty, dirty, stinky. the management looks like they're on drugs especially the skinny guy who runs the front end. the customer service is piss poor. the mgmt needs to to be fired. the store needs to be cleaned - they need a new floor, shelves need dusting, seafood dying, meat is spoiled THE STORE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On September 30, 2011 I went to the Fiesta on Bellaire @Hyw. 6 around 6:00 pm and went to the bakery to get a cookie and coffee when i bit into the cookie there was a roach baked into the cookie. I went and told an employee @ the bakery and she told me to speak to one of the front end managers so I went and spoke to Nelly and she called the store manager Bill. He was rude and had a bad attitude. He didn't say "thank you" or "I'm sorry". He just said "ok". He evenly looked annoyed that they called him downstairs. I will not go there anymore. And when I tell all my friends and family they will not go there anymore either. Fiesta Mart you just lost a loyal customer of 20 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in store #43 which is located at 8650 S Braeswood. I will never go in that store again. The people in there are rude and its not a nice place to go. I would go to Walmart, HEB and Foodtown for now on. Its just nasty people in there and the store is not clean and you don't know what you really are getting in there. I was in there last night and saw a RAT running in there, If you have kids be careful cause that would scare the hell out of my kid. I told the assistance manager and it didn't do a dam thing. Please don't go in that store. I am calling the Health Department next on them

I recently had a coupon for cigars that was sent to me by the manufactor out of Tampa, FL. I had used these type coupons before. On 3/29/11, I tried to use one and they did not want to take it. They told me I had printed it off of the computer. It was actually not even the regular paper you would use on the computer. I went through 2 so called managers before I actually got to a manager who came out and approved it. It took me 25 minutes and I only had 5 items. Is the reason because I am African American. I hold a professional position, actually own my own firm. I need to have an answer of I will just stop shopping at this place. The store address is 11240 Fondren Road, Store #24, Houston, TX. they would not even give me the district managers name.

I have lived in the fifth ward area over seven years and i have never seen such outragous racism.. these people have no love or respect for African American people and thats probably why they dont have any in most of their stores.Some of them are rude and when ask if they are hiring they reply no we dont have any opening (L.I.A.R.S) but two weeks later they hired five or six new faces. I dont know but but there should be someone we could complain to about that...

I am very upset that when you e-mail corporate or call them you get no answers. I could be wrong but since I have gotten no answers from Fiesta beware that while you are shopping people other that Fiesta are video taping YOU!!!SHAME ON YOU . You dont believe me ask Ms. Elizondo.
