To Whom It May Concern, I have visited your store located at 4611 Hillsborough Rd, Bldg 100, Dirham, NC, 27705 on several occasions. Each time I have been there I was amazed at the total lack of interest the employees have in providing any customer service. Additionally their lack of knowledge about fittings and fasteners is remarkable based on the company's name. The only person that had any chance of helping was the manager. It took me three different visits to catch him. Only to be told he couldn't help me. In short. The overal feel in the store is we have fasteners in the store. Hope you can find them on your own. Don't ask us any technical questions. Because we don't poses any technical knowledge about the products we sell. Thankfully the guy at Lowes knew about his product line.

Fastenal had handed out fliers in the middle of May 2012 about Dewalt 4.5" grinders being on sale for $65.00 with a trade in of any working or non working grinder. I had ordered 5 and then they decided to backout of the offer. I was told that they would honor it until June 1st and I placed my order on May 29th. After waiting about 2 weeks I found out by me local Fastenal that fastenal Corporate decided not to honor the promotion. Another reason to deal with Grainger instaed of Fastenal.
