To whom it may concern: I went to the Farm Fresh on Ocean View Avenue in Norfolk, Virginia the other day to pick up some steamed shrimp for a cook out. The young lady named Cassie Roggemann who worked the department was very polite and had such a knack for customer service. Her professionalism surpasses many of your other employees in that particular store. She should be congratulated for her hard work and skills. I was not the only person in her line and others may have found the task of steaming my shrimp and helping others to be frustrating but she kept her cool and seemed to satisfy all of her customers with their needs. Cassie's hard work, excellent customer service skills, and professionalism should not go unrecognized. Sincerely yours, Mary Morgan
I just visited your Foxhill Branch in Hampton, VA. I wanted a salad and love the variety you often have. I made my salad and had to contact assistance because, yet again, there was no oil or vinegar on the bar. When the young man came over, he stated that they've been instructed to no longer carry oil and vinegar because it required them to take it off the shelves and transfer it to the salad bar. This sounds like management that can't do the math. I possess an MBA in Entrepreneurship and am familiar with the cost of transferring shelf items to a live salad bar, etc. Since we are already paying for the salad and any dressings by weight, we've actually paid for the oil and vinegar multiple times over. The breakeven is met long before you tally up 2-3 bottles of either. Since you don't provide a preferred light dressing, I left the salad in the store. On average, I spend $7 to $12 for my salads when I visit your stores. I will no longer patronize your store as I'm military and can get salad supplies on base. That's disappointing that the items in my salad had to go to waste too over not having a dressing available. I hope someone takes the time to rectify this. It looks like a trail of poor customer service.

On Thursday May 20th, I placed an order for 4 subs at the Farm Fresh located on General Booth Boulevard, Store #804. I asked that the subs be cut and individually wrapped because I was taking them to the Relay for Life. The order was to be ready for pick up on Friday, May 21st at 11:30am. The person taking the order was very accommodating and when I arrived on Friday they had just finished wrapping the last sandwich. Needless to say everyone said how fresh the sandwiches tasted and how much they liked them. My experiences shopping the General Booth store #804 has always been a positive experience, and I wanted to take the time to thank you. Sincerely, Kathy Mulkey
Let me tell you about your store on Kempsville rd, Chesapeake VA. I put a order in today at 2:30 (4-15), received an email saying my order will be ready at 6:00-6:30 order number 5652191, I went to Farm Fresh 6:15, and my order wasnt pulled. The manager said "Oh your order came in at 2:30, we had a shift change at 3:00 so your order did not get pulled. I told the manager this isnt the first time that you guys hadnt pulled my order, last time you gave me a free cup of coffee and you pulled my order (took 45 min). This has happen twice at one store, funny!!! yes I think your evening manager is a clown. We live across the street and Farm Fresh has turned into nothing but a teen hang out, acting like they are working. I do use Harris Teeter from time to time, not as much because they are out of my area, but... after this, it's well worth the drive. I'm sure me going to another store to shop wont make or break your store, but at least I will feel better about where my money is going to. kathy pasquarette ir2cute4me@verizon.net 7575490790 oh, I will post this on other web-sites about your service!
It is unfortunate that many of us who arrived at the Coliseum Drive Farm Fresh Store early this morning decided to leave prior to Management's decision to offer a second car. If the report on Channel 13's News at Six O'Clock is correct, I am doubly disappointed with Corporate's decision to offer a second car drawing to those few who stayed to complain. What about the customers who accepted the news that there were ten finalists (as in a previous drawing at Norfolk's Harbor Market) and departed the premises before the crowd began protesting the way management was conducting the drawing? We assumed that this year's drawing was an "open" drawing and mailed numerous receipts to the contest address prior to the closing date of June 5th. Why were people allowed to fill out an entry blank today for a second drawing? Corporate needs to review the way it conducts car contests. I suggest that you go back to the original receipts that were mailed in and hold an "open drawing" from those submitted by June 5, 2010. I would have liked a second chance for the second car giveaway. I mailed my entries as instructed and made a round trip from Chesapeake for naught!
