Worse car rental EVER! The vehicle was filthy and disgustingly DIRTY! Customer service is horrible! We arrive on time and we had to wAit over a hour to receive the minivan! The rental place is falling apart! I will never ever rent a car from them again! I rather pay more money and go elsewhere! Just plain HORRIBLE!!!!

Called "customer care" about an overcharge. Dawn was going to call me with the refund info. No call. I have called and left messages 3 times... .

The worst customer service ever..... Sent out in a vehicle with warning lights on all over the place..... Very unprofessional and have billed my card so many times without any explanation it is time to get the Bank involved......Do not expect them to ever return a phone call Would never recommend them to anyone even if the last car available for rent.

I reservations through an online travel company with unlimited mileage, but when I arrived at EZ CAR Rental Counter in Seattle Washington, I was told that I could not take the car out of state. After pressing the issue I was told I could take the car to Portland Oregon, but no further. This didn't help my situation, since my travel plans were taking me to San Francisco, California, which I had been told by a reservation employee that I could go to. Customer service is poor at best; no one in the company could (or would) help me. They passed me around from one place to another for over 2 hours. I went to another car rental agency to rent a car and would recommend others do the same!
