Bad Bad Experience

Never ever use Expedia. They are the worst people I have ever had to deal. They give you misleading information , take your money and then refuse to take responsibility for it. Unless you want to be robbed stay away from this service. They are a scam scam scam. If there was a minus rate that would be it. They should be shut down for bad practice

Be careful

Called what I thought was a local hotel number but when I arrived at the hotel I found out it was booked through Expedia. Be careful and listen when your call is answered and if you don't get a hotel name, ask for the name of the hotel, if they ask you what hotel you were calling, hang up! Expedia is very deceitful in this regard.

Uncooperative

Extremely Poor Policy for a 24hr period! Scammers Expedia is! Huge accent barrier since call centers are in the Philippines!

Cheated

Expedia employees do not know the information to make a complaint. They do not know where their corporate headquarters are, and they do not know how to reach them. The corporate head quarters sends complaints to a third party that charges a $25 dollar processing fee for complaints. This is ridiculous. This all started with the fact that they changed their policy. I clicked on the refresh button, and it changed the dates, I mistakenly pressed book, thinking I still had the same dates, called immediately and they told me they could not help me change the date. I will never use this company again. The costumer service people only spoke about terms and conditions. This is a scam.

I can not even speak at this point. If you use these people, after these statements, you deserve what you get. The worst Customer Service in the world. Non existent is more like it. Barry Diller you are a snake and you deserve that ugly thing you call a wife.

Worst Travel company ever!!!

This company false advertises hotel room prices. I booked a room and received 2 emails confirming my reservation. I called the hotel I booked through expedia and they had no record of my reservation. On expedia the room was $139 the hotel told me it was $399.... They do not care about anybody.. Customer service is awful and their corporate office employees will just tell you sorry for the in convince... Your better off booking somewhere else where their appreciate their customers.

Same price quarantee

I recently booked a package from Chicago to Orlando, with a 7 night stay at the Polynesian hotel. Well that same evening I was on the official Disney website and realized that the lowered the hotel by 35%. So I went online and filled out the same price guarantee. Wow it has been a nightmare! One excuse after another-even saying that the lower price had to be offered to the general public! Is the Disney website not on the Worldwide Web! So upset with Expedia for not being true to its on advertised guarantee!!!

Terrible Customer Service

They double booked my mother on the same flight and won't refund her money! I have called customer service and been passed around 5 times only to be cut-off. They wouldn't even give me a manager's name! I will never use them again!

Due to family medical emergency, I have to cancel 5 itineraries which coming up in 11 days. I talked to an expedia customer support agent, her name is Juliane, she is very capable and patient, she walked through each itinerary with me, she even called Hong kong hotel, tried to cancel a non-refundable hotel room. I am very grateful for the help. I had more confidence booking with Expedia now. I think the customer support is greatly improved. Thank you!

Expedia acct.

I booked a trip on line and somehow it went to a visitor acct. rather than my acct. I contacted customer service and they could not transfer this itinerary to my acct.

Never again!

Worst customer service ever! Can't speak with anyone who understands and can speak English. Asked to be transferred to USA transferred again to Asia. Transferred again...on hold for over 1/2 hour. Hung up and called the corporate office. Corporate office has a 72 hour response time. This is the worst customer service I have ever received! Not even worth one star Never again!!!

Worst Customer Service Ever

I am trying to use a credit to book a flight and have spent four hours on the phone, been disconnected 6 times and only receives call backs twice, and then I finally found somebody who claimed it was all taken care of and charged $150 on my credit card but I never received any form of confirmation so now I have to call them again. I am utterly disgusted with this company and customer service! I use to always book with expedia but I will NEVER use there service again.

I will never use Expedia again I booked a room on the 8th the next day I had to cancel I couldn't make it So I tried canceling and the lady told me it was canceled but took the money anyways Try getting it back GOOD LUCK talk to over 6 different people and a supervisor no LUCK now I have to pay for a room I never used and they offered me a 50.00 gift card for the Hotel room I told them to Stick it u now where Very bad people to work with when trying to get something done

don't book with Expedia

My son 21 when to visit his girl friend in Canada. Booked car through them. He call 3 times confirming and asking if he needed a credit card when he picked up the car. He paid with a debit. Anyway went to pick up car and quess what he needed a credit card. It is not good having your child alone without transportation in a different county. This happened yesterday. His cell phone does not work in Canada. His phone is with Metro PCS DO NOT USE EXPEDIA. There are many other companies out there.
