4.Drs.often give a Food taking Schedule to sugar painett for taking food after every 2 hrs.The Drs give HIGH Dose of Medicine for which Sugr Patient has to be taken food. So please avoid to take HIGH Dose & avoid to eat Food,Fruit,Drinks,Tea etc. till 5/6 hrs.The Muslims in RAMDHAN month pass their 30 days without taking food in day time & at end of the day their sugr level become low.I have examined this way & now I use no medicine.B4 1 Century a little items were available to eat & all items.
