words of advice pass up this store when you see the name exclusive furniture this is 110% trash

I ordered and paid for 2 lamps at Gulf Fwry. Was promised they would be ready for pick up one week later . I go to pick up my lamps, and girl says didn't you pick up yesterday. Needless to say a salesperson sold MY lamps. Our salesperson tried to make things right by discounting floor model. Which were damaged , tried calling other locations and SW freeway was called and they told him they did not have. I went to SW locations myself and was again was upset because they had them. Which Jose told my initial salesperson No... I told my initial salesperson if you can't get my lamps right why would I buy furniture from here. Which we were considering a living room set. Shame on this company For not having better procedures for special order prepaid items...

The service is horrible. The Furniture is bad quality. I bought the 5 year extra coverage and when The furniture fell a part a month later, we have been trying to get it replaced. Manager assured us he would take care of us and do whats right! Ha! He will not answer his phone when we call and everytime we call the front desk they say he isn't there or he's busy. Never Again will I buy furniture here!!! Don't waste your time or money!

agree with only review for this furniture store. Service is horrible, delivery is horrible. Still after 5 times they have gone out they have not gotten it right. I am still waiting....for them to get it right. I will never purchase anything from them again and will not recommend to anyone!!!They are not even worth one star!!

Purchaseed over 10 thousand dollars worth of furniture in CASH from the 12200 Gulf Freeway store in May of 2014 and here it is July and I have yet to receive all of my furniture I was promised would be delivered at one time.Had I knew that I wouldn't get my furniture all at once I wouldn't have purchased all my furniture for my new home at one place. I have been told by several people that id receive a call bacl and im still waiting. Of want to be screwed around go and buy your furniture here.I am so upset at the service of this store. Doesn't deserve any stars. ..

The service sucks, the delivery of the furniture is never on time and the staff treat you like your a trouble to them... I will never ever buy furniture from this store again. I would not even give it one star... The service and the quality of work is nothing short of horrible.. It was a nightmare
