I was really surprised when I found out that Estes Express terminal in Sweetwater Tx had my load for a week, but was too inconvenient for them to deliver to my ranch in West Texas. I have had two delivery dates scheduled and both were a no shows. We if you use Estes Express for your customer base, I suggest you use someone else since "We Deliver When We Feel Like It" is their motto.
