We stopped by the Macy's store in Florence, KY yesterday afternoon to purchase new make up from Estee Lauder I've used it for many years but I am out and needed a new bottle. I waited over 15 minutes and no one waited on me there was no one behind the counter plus they had a Lancome sign behind the counter. Horrible

I absolutely loved this fragrance and so I was extremely dismayed to learn that you have "retired" it. It is THE ONLY fragrance that people would ask what I was wearing every single time I put it on. I had a conversation with a saleswoman in Bloomingdale's today and she fully agreed with me. She works every day with your fragrances and said that no one ever asked her what scents she would retire and there were a few that she had in mind. PLEASE, reconsider and bring it back.

To whom it may concern. Estee Lauder Russia treats their makeup artists like a piece of shit! I worked in MAC (Moscow) for 7 months, my monthly sales were from 105% up to 165%, and I was the most loyal worker there, now I'm their enemy. For now, there was an investigation and a prosecutor's check - and EL Russia was charged with crimes against Labour Laws. Besides, tomorrow I will submit an application for excitation of criminal case against EL Russia. And surely I will file suit in court. In addition, I'm going to share this information with MASS MEDIA both in Russian and foreign issues. Plus to that, I've already shared this information in my LiveJournal, and you know it was quite successful - my articles got more than 100 comments, and many of commentors have no more desire to buy EL products, though I didn't ask them to do that. Anyway, I hope EL Central office in USA cares about company's reputation and will take some measures. Here is a part of my article: "Cons 1. Terrible attitude to the personnel - if they like you, they will keep u forever and forgive u everything. If they decide, that they don't like you as a person - however hard you try and work - they will not appreciate it, vice versa - they will fire u in any moment WITHOUT any serious reason. When I just started my career in MAC, the Senior Manager used to transfer me from 1 shop to another. She gave NO information to shop manager that I'm a new one, this way, they didn't tell me about production, about any ethical items. At the interview, I actually mentioned that I had no sales experience. Which means, they should have give a lot of attention to me. But no! They spent 5 minutes, mentioning only how I should write down my sales and a little about desinfection. I have worked for 7 months without Basic Trainig. Retail Manager didn't like me as a person from the beginning, I tried my best at everything, but she didn't care. I performed highest monthly sales, tried my best at Theme days, presentations, makeup, and other things. But they don't care. Assistant of manager, manager are happy to rat on you. When you find this out, they pretend to be innocent. They fired me against the law. Another bonus - they refused to give my No Charge and my 2 months'salary! I had no paid holidays, neither sicklist. The brushes and belt which they gave me, were horrible! All my colleagues and clients told me about this. I felt ashsmed, so I put 10 brushes of my own in the belt. Words of nice motivation: "Your(team) theme days are boring, your face charts are poor, your faces are dull". The treaty which I signed, has nothing in common with reality."

I don't think it is fair to require a fragance purchase in order to purchase the makeup package. I am allergic to perfumes and therefore I am discriminated against because I can't wear the perfume. I am single and have no one to give the perfume to. Why not say with a miminum purchase of $50. I think I should contact an attorney in regard to this blatant discrimination.

To whom it may concern; I have been using your products for thirty years, and although I realize you have improved on various items, I still prefer some of the older products such as "skin perfecting cream", (firming nourisher) and "tender creme cleanser".
