Emerson Electronics Corporate Office & Headquarters

I have called the customer service office of Emerson for warranty repair. They gave me a authorization # and said some one would call. Ten days and no one has called. I called customer service again and they don't know what has happened. I am about ready to turn it over to the Attorney Generals Office for a fraud investigation.

can not get information when sent TV in for repairs. spoke to different agents on phone. Kept be told they do not know are not informed when or why TV could or could not be repaired. very dissatisfied.
