I know for a fact that Donna Karan does not design for DKNY company stores (Outlets), there is a Asian lady who designs sends the designs to sweat shops, they make it and then the buyers will buy them in bulk. Louis Vuitton is the one who owns DKNY not even Donna

i spent 102.00 on the Cashmere perfume gift collection and i might as well be spraying water on myself. The fragrance does not last anymore than 10 min, no matter how much you layer it with lotion etc. I am very mad that i wasted that much money on nothing. I could have spent 50.00 and got something that would actually last and leave a fragrance...

very bad service. have tried emails phone calls and no one can help me to replace my bag. no customer service at you from a well branded company. international they say only delat via email but only if they replied. thier email has return reply within 24 hours its now been three weeks. even left voice mails on thier phones and still no joy. ladies dont by dkny bags if anything goes wrong no help would be given.

Who do i contact in regards to a DKNY handbag I purchased that is falling apart. Tried to return to MAcy's where it was purchased but I no longer had the sales slip or tags. So they wouldn't help me. I loved the bag and would like a replacement Where or who do I contact?

I have a DKNY handbag I purchased in Macy's NYC. The skin of the bag has separated in different areas of the bag and the handle keeps breaking off everytime I use it. The bag is worthless now. Macy's won't take it back because I don't have the sales slip or tags for it. I would never buy your products again.

I purchased a Dkny handbag, used it for 5 months if I was lucky then the clasp broke. I have tried contacting DKNY, but they only reply to every third email. I live in Australia and was asked to post it to Holland so they could inspect it. It would cost me more to post so I will not bother which is obviously what they want. Unfortunately for them I also bought fragrances and other handbags which I will never do again

Theres a new manager who works at the DKNY at the wrentham priemum outlets named Heidi. She is very unprofessional! The first day she came in she said that shes hiring people she knows and who work good saying that we didn't know how to do our jobs. Four people quit so far because of this manager and the other people who are looking for new jobs she pulled into the back office saying that "Im gonna take you off the schedule now since your looking for a new job and dont wanna work here." Im pretty sure your not allowed to do that and thats harrasment. This manager is threating her employees to the end of there shifts with non sense. If this manager is not transfered to another DKNY or fired I will SUE DKNY for harasment and hostile work enviroment.If nothing is done about our manager Heidi I shall see you in court and with the rest of the employees at DKNY. I purchased the DKNY jeans style KCMUJ 057 M123 in white denim. Wore them once. Washed them in cold water. The seams spun. Haven't had that happen to a pair of jeans in years. It means they were trying to use every scrap of fabric even if it meant cutting on the bias = thereby insuring that the fabric would torgue and twist when washed. It' a cheap way do things. At the expense of quality. Shame on you Donna Karan.

Love your jeans! Just lost weight, and my new jeans fit GREAT!!! Have not worn a size 14 in forever, actually my granddaughter told me that a size 12 would have been a better fit. Going forward DKNY will be me choice for a great denim fit!
