No answers to statement questions

If you have a question regarding your statement, there is no way to get through the 866 number provided, waited 45 minutes and still no one came on the line. The other problem is I went to minute clinic and they in turned sent me to urgent care what's with that? I will not recommend minute clinic to ANYONE.
