Curves for Women Corporate Office & Headquarters

I was thinking of joining But when I found out they close Noon till 2 pm Monday thru Friday N Closed all day Saturday I m looking else where since I wanted to go during my lunch hour n Sat when I'm off Something to look into Closing a gym on those hours n Day is not good business

I agree with some of other disappointing comments regarding their Curves experience. The Aptos, CA curves is owned by a woman that does not understand the words "customer service" in my opinion. She is usually abrupt and appears to be in a bad mood. She has lost sight of the importance of good customer service.

I went into curves in spanaway, wa. As soon as I walked in, you can smell dog urine. A lady came up to me, carrying a small dog in her arms and one came from the back barking at me.She treated me like I don't matter. The place is dirty, smells like a dog kennel, and everyone that works there are rude and stuck up. One of her employees also talked trash about the tattoo shop next door. How can you talk trash about a business, when yours is so nasty. So I did my research on her and the tattoo shop. The tattoo shop will get my business, and I will sign a document with them on how they talked trash. Do not I say again do not go to this curves

I belong to the Curves in Monroe Michigan. I enjoy curves but I am bothered by the staff that feels they have to call every week if I am not there. When I'm working out I need to concentrate, not have a conversation, as I am there to get a workout not make friends. Also I cannot believe the unusual hours they are open, not able to get there when they close between 7 and 7:30.

I went to the Curves in Whitestone (Bayside?), Queens, on a Saturday, with every intention of switching my membership, and payments, to that office. The young lady who works there during the week was very warm and friendly, but the owner, whom I met for the first time that day, was so unfriendly and hostile that I ended up walking out in anger. This experience was so upsetting that I will now check out gyms and drop this program altogether.

I have tried for at least two weeks to get information on this place. The tv ad is good, but no followup. So far I have been met with uncooperative personnel. One woman is too rude.The hours are lousy. I can't seem to get a straight answer to my question. Why such a lousy set up? The concept is good, but everything else sucks. I may have to stay with weight watchers. Try setting up your format to be more people friendly. I don't see how you have enough customers to stay open. I even went to one place here in fort worth five times and never found it open.

I'm a member of curves in newport tn the lady who runs it is hateful the place looks aweful it needs a paint job she let's ppl sell person belongings in the place ever young person who joins she runs off I joined cuz I'm 25 and over weight and wanted to lose but I hate going there because of her when I 1st joined I enjoyed it but not anymore

I really like Curves I have been a member over a year. It vitalizes me mentally and physically. Curves has brought new friends into my life. I look forward to seeing them on the days I work out. I have received many benefits from joining curves. I do wish that we still received the Diane magazine in the mail.

The Curves in Glendora, Ca. has had a complete paint job....didnt need it but corporate wanted to make it as generic as all other Curves.....this would not be a concern if the equipment worked properly...I have been a member for over 6 months and the step machine that measures heart rate has never worked properly. As a senior citizen, I am 70, I need to check my heart rate to make sure I am not overdoing it....it seems to me that this would be more important than a new paint job...where are your priorities?!?

A Curves opened in Mesquite, TX at 1515 E. Kearney St...My friends and I joined and have had no regrets. All the employees at this location treat us as if we were queens. I use to belong to the Curves on Town East and was thankful when they closed down. Thanks to the new owner and manager...I now have a wonderful place to workout.

The Curves I attend recently changed hands. What a difference!! I am greeted each time I enter with a smile and a hello with my name. The owner really enjoys the members. The other people working out when I am are now smiling and talking to each other where they weren't before. The owner often enters in. My workout at Curves has now become a social event as well as a workout. Kudos to the new management...Nancy Walker at the Bernalillo, NM, Curves.

HI MY NAME IS ANNETTE ALVAREZ, IM VERY UPSET WITH CURVES AT MY LOCATION, I STARTED FINE UNTIL MY FOOT WAS HURTING,WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND I NEEDED SURGRY BUT TO TAKE THEM THE NOT FROM THE DOCTOR, COME TO FIND OUT THEY TOOK MONENY OUT OF MY CHECKING, IM TRYING TO GET THAT BACK , I GAVE THEM A NOTE ,THAT THEY SHOULDNT HAVE DONE THAT,NOW MY DOCTOR GAVE ME SPECIFIC ORDERS NOT TO RETURN, SO I GAVE THEM THAT NOTE ALSO, THE GIRLS AT MY LOCATION HAD ME SIGN A CANCELLATOIN PAPER OR SOMETHING TO THAT NATURE. MY DAUGHTER IS IN WITH ME ON MY ACCT. SHE ONY 14 YRS, THEY TOOK 15 DOLLARS WHEN I WAS ON MEDICAL LEAVE. I WANT HER OUT OF CURVES , SO I SHOULD GET BACK FROM THE TIME I HAD MY SURGRY, AND ALL OF WHAT THEY TOOK FROM MY DAUGHTER, FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING. I JUST TALK WITH JAEL AT THE MERCED,CA. I have just completed 2,000 workout's and all I received was a paper to iron on a shirt with. I do think Curves could have given me a shirt with 2,000 on it. The girl's get a free shirt when they complete 100,200. And so on. I am at the Curves in Michigan off of Livernois. Very upset with Curves.

I am sadden and disappointed to read some of these comments about Curves and I to am writing with frustration and anger on how Curves runs their business. Our house was broken into last Aug 2011 when we were on vacation, and without knowing how much information the theives got, we quickly canceled our checking account and opened a new one. With the automatic payment withdrawal we forgot to inform Curves that we had a new account so when they went to draw from the account they found it had been closed. I know I cleared it the next time I had gone in, my husband faxed the new information to them. I wrote out a check for some amount but I can not find were I put it in my checkbook. We never received any notice of a late payment or any letter explaining any outstanding account and all of a sudden we get a letter from a collection agency that we owe money plus we owe what the collection agency wants. This is a bunch of bull, we paid what we were suppose too and now we got another notice from Bennett Law area code 801 wanting more money from us and there is no explination why. Curves really runs a crappy business if they turn everything over to a collection agency without giving someone a chance to pay what needed to be payed. This law firm is calling every day with no messages but a recording and then they hang up. I have very good credit and if Curves thinks that they are going to ruin it, there are more people who unhappy with them then are happy and it would not take much to close them down. Iam very disappoited with the owner of Curves in Spring Grove Pa She has turned my name into the collection agency also trying to destroy my credit I had a medical excuse to not attend and they continued to take money out of my account to me that broke the contract I never got that money back and I will never go back that woman is very hatful meanCurve and rude and makes s bad look very Barbara Culp Please let me know if you can help me 717 259 0530 is my number Thank you.

I purchased a pair of Curve's open back tennie's which I can not rave enough about. I have had foot problems with neuromas for many years now. The dual action air cushions massage my foot and protect the ball of the foot wonderfully. Since wearing them I no longer have to walk with my toes all curled up but can walk naturally. What a God send. I recommend that your sales division get into the podiatry office market and advertise. You could have a whole new branch of business. Thank you for hearing me out. Jill e

Do not join the curves in Richton Park IL on sauk trail the owner Jackie Morris and her daughter Elizbeth her scandalous. The steal your payments and then tell you the didnt get it and you are not a curves member they blame their employees and fire them on the spot just to hire more and do the same thing to them. I am an employee there and i am tired of the way she is handling business.

I am a member of Curves 2402 Main Street Waller, Texas 77484 I just Love my Curves as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a good morning or good afternoon. The owener is just AWESOME she cares about each and every member that walks through the door if I could give this location (10 Stars) I would. The hours are great they accomodate everyone working or not working. I will definetly tell my friends about my curves in Waller, Texas Kim Molina

I'm now writing to ecorporateoffices.com. Please get letter off of your website. I thought I was writing to Curves Corporate Hq., as did other people. They have phoned me and written to me because they think I am an officer in Curves! I didn't realize that I wasn't writing to Curves Corporate Hq. and neither did they. Many people are more impulsive than inclined to logical research - as if you didn't know. I guess if I don't get results from you, Consumer Reports Money will be my next venue, possibly .gov or .CA consumer issues. Is it in your interest to leave this mistaken information on your page?
