Clarion Hotel Corporate Office & Headquarters

Worst time we have ever had. We prepaid for three nights through PayPal. We got in 11:02 PM the room was not clean. There was trash in the trash cans, used toilet paper in the commode and the handle on the hot water in the sink was broken. When we got home I checked my credit card and found even though we had prepaid they charged us for the room for 2 nights even though it was already We were talking to other guests and they were complaining about the hotel also. This was the Clarion H on Veterans Highway, Ronkonkoma, NY

My recent stay in Grand Rapids seems to be as similar as the rest of the complaints. VERY poor customer service. Misrepresented advertising and no real concern for the value to the customer......Never Again!

This is a bad review for the Clarion Hotel Lexington because it deserves it. It is the worst hotel ever.
