It's located on the side of the laptop, on the left. Try giving a more complete description of your situation including which switch/button you're using, where you're seeing the error, what happens to the bluetooth/wifi hardware lights on the laptop, and what if anything you've tried to resolve the problem.If you find a solution, please report back so that others can benefit.
