Chevys Restaurants LLC Corporate Office & Headquarters

Awful and dishonest employees. I left my wallet there and called immediately, was told a server has already turned it in to the manager and the table were not seated with new customers. When I retrieve my wallet, $50 was stolen from my wallet. Informed the manager, got directed to general manager, then to the risk manager and never respond. Kept passing the torch and did not solve the issue. Worse restaurant service I have ever experienced in my life!

My husband, son and I had lunch at Chevy's Restaurant in Fairfield Ca. I went to use the bathroom and found it not clean. It smelled and my question is if Chevy's can not keep their bathrooms clean what about their kitchen?

I Want to know why the Very Busy Redwood City Resturant was closed, which was 5 Mins from my house with very good service. And now I was forced to go to the Foster City Branch that is 20mins away where the service was so bad you have lost a long time once or twice a week customer.
