My daughter came into cellular plus (Shelby Mt.) Today ( 11/4/14). To get her first phone on her own. She was being helped by two young ladies. One of which was obviously in training. While she was waiting for her new phone, she watched the other gentleman behind the counter throw a complete temper tantrum. She felt very uncomfortable and doesn't wish to return! Our family has been Verizon customers for 14 years. The two ladies tried very hard to make my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. I wish to thank them for the great service and recognizing the need to ease the tense situation.
