i put a desk top computer in layaway on 1600 NW 23 OK city and then said a did not want what was in layaway they told me i can get a refund that it had to go to store cridet i ask to see policy they showed me a paper that said if i missed a payment it goes to store cridet i told them i did not miss any payments they tryed to me that if i cansell a layaway its the same thing i said i ask them if i can use it at another store they said no thats monopolyizeing with is eligel
