This company has consistently refused to communicate with me as I am trying to pay my bill and close my account

Your access to customer service is rediculace as there is no direct way to get back with the individual you are talking with if cut off. There is not a number they can give to contact corporate direct. Is it your intent to keep your customers a bay???
