horrible customer service. horrible front desk staff. ridiculous cancelation policy. rude people! do not stay in a candlewood suites!!!

Worst Experience Ever!!

I made a reservation 2 1/2 months in advance. When I arrived not only was reservation messed up but so was numerous other people who showed up. I will NEVER stay with them again.

As a customer who was very inquisitive about the suites and prices I was very dissatisfied with the way business was handled over the phone. The front desk lady was very rude and not helpful at all. I love candlewood suites and I was sad to see the customers service handled so poorly today.
