The costume is made of very poor qialuty fabric. Before going out, I had to remove and cut all the loose threads that were hanging from the edges of the clothes. The hat comes a size small for most people. The tattoo forearms are only hollow fleece pieces, and requires you to put extra stuffing (e. g. old t-shirts or towels) to get the muscular Popeye effect. Straps around the forearm piece are very tight. Lastly, the buttons are plastic melted on to the shirt, and one fell off half way through the party. Shipping was on time, just a poor product.
