BURGER KING IN SEBRING ON 27S HAS TO RETRAIN THEIR MANAGERS, THEY ARE NASTY TO CUSTOMERS, THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND ACCUSED ME OF TRYING TO GET OVER ON THEM FOR A $1 BURGER,WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO MY HORROR THE NASTY WOMAN SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER,,SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED,,I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE, I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE LOST BECAUSE OF THIS WOMAN....

I went into Burger King establishment August8,2012 On a Saturday afternoon I was not please with the customer service and the cleaniness of the store. The store is located in the state of Maryland in the city of Temple Hills on branch Ave Rd. I am very disappointed in Burger. I would eat there every Friday after church services .I would go through the drive through faithful but this particular time was different. I decided to go inside the restaurant. I seen something that was very shocking it made me sick, I wonder why no one haven't goting sick yet. The cashier was taking money and handling food,there was no one wearing gloves it was flies flying around the food.The bathroom was not sanitary. The bathroom had no soap or toliet tissue. . I was very disappointment I couldn't eat there, businesses like this need to be inspected by the health department.There is customers out there just like me, that eat from these places and have no idea into they go inside or get sick.I will be reporting them to the health department. I will be making sure that Burger Restaurant clean up there act.

I VIST TWO OF YOUR'S STORE ON TODAY AND RECIVE BAD SERVICE AT BOTH LOCATION THE FIRST STORE WAS 11417 1950 ESTER'S RD AND THE OTHER STORE WAS 13903 101 W.EULESS THE STORE 11417 HAD EMPLOYEE'S PLAYING INSIDE I SIT IN DRIVE-THUR FOR 5 MINS WITH TWO OTHERS CARS IN FRONT OF ME I WENT ON THE INSIDE TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG THEY WAS JUST PLAYING. SO I ORDER THE TEXAS DOUBLE WHOPPER I HOME IT WAS A MESS THE LETTUCE WAS OLD AND YELLOW AND THE TOMATOE ONE BIG SLICE ONE STRING OF ONION THAT WAS SO SAD!AND A DAP OF DRESSING. SO AFTER I COULD NOT EAT THAT I HAD MY HUSBAND GO TO ANOTHER ONE THAT'S STORE 13903 AND GET THE CLUD CHICKEN SANDWICH ! HE GETS HOME WITH A BIGGER MESS THE BACON WAS BURN AND ALL FOUR SANDWICH SHARE ONE PIECES OF BURN BACON AND YELLOW LETTUCE TWO OF THE SANDWICH HAD TWO TOMATOES AND THE OTHER TWO HAD ONE SLICE SO NOW I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I AM NOT GETTING GOOD SERVCE TODAY AT BURGER KING SO I CALL THE STORE IN EULESS THE MANGER ARGEE TWO GIVE ME TWO FREE SANDWICH ON THE NEXT VIST ALSO AGREE HE KNEW THE BACON WAS BURNED SO THAT LEAD TO A BAD UNDERSTANDING WITH ME HE TOLD ME I CAN'NT GO NO WHERE AND GET A SANDWICH LIKE THE PICTURE . THAT IS NOT TRUE IT COMES CLOSE IF NOT BETTER I SAID SO HE HUNG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE SO THIS IS I AM INFORM YOU TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THAT WE ARE RECEVEING I WILL NOT VIST AGAIN FOR A WHILE I WORK TO HARD FOR MY MONEY TO NOT GET WHAT I PAY FOR. AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE TO CHECK THEIR FOOD BEFORE LEAVEING THE STORE AND DRIVE-THUR AT BURGER KING

I went to your store #7751 had to wait in the drive thru for 8 minutes, asked for large coke, got a small one with my order got to work and found a bug in my coke. This store doesn't get much business, and you have lost one of the few customers you had. I went to the web site to complete a survey and what did I find ? Other web sites with this one where I could order housewife porn, and doll that would strip on my desk !!!!! Needless to say I got off the website. You can keep your free Whopper or Original chicken Sandwich 1 bug is enough, and i can't believe that you would have these kind of websites offered with your survey website. I went to the Burger King in Alamo, Texas to get some burgers for lunch. I ordered two burgers n frys. When I got back to work n looked in the bag. There was only one burger in there. So I had to go back there again. I asked for the manger to let them know what was wrong. They took the bag to the manger. She looked inside and asked the cook to remake the order. I had to wait for it. Which made me late for work. When she give me the bag back she did not even say that they were sorry for the mistake. I lost time from work plus the gas. I will let all the people I know not to go there!

I sent in my opinion on your survey and I ask to have someone e-mail me back, but I haven't had anyone get back to me as yet. I feel my input would be important if you are really interested. Sometimes a restaurant may mean to do well, but they aren't aware of what is happening around them. I enjoy the Whopper and I have traveled through many states, only to find the same reocurring problems. E-mail me back and get my take on why you're not getting your market share. I ASKED FOR A SANDWICH, BREAKFAST,, ALSO ASKED FOR A DECAFE COFFEE,,,GOT THE SANDWICH NO COFFEE, TOLD IT WAS BEING MADE,,,WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED, TILL THEN THE SANDWICH WAS COLD.COLD.COLD DOYOU GET MY MESSAGE.. I SMASHED THE FOOD WITH MY FIST AND WALKED OUT,,LOST 5 DOLLARS....THAT WAS THE THIRD TIME THIS SORT OF THING HAPPENNED. I stopped in the BK in Altus Oklahoma 8/15/2011 at about 9PM. My friend and I quite often have a JR Whopper combo here in our town of Duncan Oklahoma and always enjoy a fresh hamburger patty. I had been in this store the year before and had forgotten it was sub standard. The first order came out and the meat was over cooked and just bad. I took it back and ask for a fresh patty on my burger. When I got it, it had been stuck on a bun and put in the micro wave. The meat was terrible and the bread soggy. I ask for a refund as I thought I had been patient and just wanted to get back on the road because the food was unedible. I was told they didn't give refunds. When I ask for the manager I was told she was the manager. Beware if you go in the BK in Altus OKlahoma.

December 23,2010 My daughter and i went to the burger king on 38th st in tacoma washington at approx. 12:15am, the lights to the drive up window were on, so we believed them to be opened, since ther was a 24 hour Mcdonalds directly across the street. As we pulled up to order our food, a voice came on the intercome stating " I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU." Then the lights went of on the menu, and no one returned to help us, much less take our order. I proceeded to the pay window, knocked on the window attempting to get some help. There were five empolyees working, everyone ignored us. I then saw a dark haired girl who i gather was the manager on duty, walk away towards another area of the store, so I drove around and got our of my car and knocked on the window. They called security on me.. I could not believe they had the gull to say they would be right with me, then not respond back. If tney were closed, then all they had to do was state that, rather than leave me hanging out at the order kiosk, waiting for them to take our order. i have not found the ceo's e-mail address to swnd a letter of complaint about the service i recieved. I am also shocked that there are so many complaints about this company. I as well have worked in the servis industry as a manager, and quite frankly I personally would have the entire crew working fired for treating a guest in the manner my daughter and I were treated. I will be following through with a complaint on the phone later today with the corprate office. I do not frequent fast food reasraunts very often, however, it is christmas time and were were finishing our shopping, thought we would give them a try. I will NEVER EVER frequent any burger king again!!! We went directly across the street to Mcdonalds, they were happy to serve us, and said they hear this compaint quite often. This burger king needs to be shut dow, or ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED< and new ones hired!!! With the economy the way it is today and jobs difficult to find, I would have thoought anyone of those people working would have been more than happy to serve me or at least make me aware they were closed, rather than leave me waiting!!! Someone please tell me who is running the show there....it has to be some people on the pay role of Mcdonalds, Wendys and Hardees.....damn.....I do not understand the gimmicks and the just stupid ads for your burgers and other menu items....why do u not just concentrate on selling the best flame broiled burger in the business...the best fries...and then worry about the other items.....too many items on the menu....when I saw the ad for the pillow I was just floored...the advertising company should be "FIRED"! And get rid of the "KING"...the Clown is stupid and the King is stupider......the adult business is what you want...you can make a great burger that tastes great and is less in fat.....but just do it in a subtle way as not to push it in our faces....do u not eat fast food or eat at advertised places.....notice car commercials...how loud they are... I, as a consumer hear that and instantly mute the t.v and get annoyed at the product......and don't be silly with the ads...we are adults that want a great burger and fries...fish, or chicken....thats it!!!! I went to te burger king on Jefferson Ave. in Newport News, VA and I have to say, that was the worst, waste of y time and money place to eat at. I was the only customer in there at the time of my order and they took 15 mins. to give me my small onion rings,drink and burger. On top of that my hamburger was cold as was my onion rings then when I sat down to eat, I noticed the manager sneezin ans picking her nose, just when I was sure that she was going to wash her hands, she picked up a block of cheese and proceeded to make another hamburger for the next customer. She had no gloves and never washed her hands. I stopped eating my foo "of course" and was starting to walk up to let them know that I wanted my money back until a angry worker came in and started yelling and go crazy because of money missing from her till. The worker got louder and louder then then started pointing in the other workers faces and cursing like there was no tomorrow...thats when I knew that it was just time to leave and The other customers that also came in after me had the same idea to just get out fast before this crazy employee starts thinking crazier thoughts.... needless to say that I havent eaten at a burger king for 5 years ever since I left Guam and I just chose the wrong day to eat there once again.... I will never go back to a burger king again.... there is not enough money in the world to ever pay me to eat at a burgerking again! My family and I will just stick with Micky D's like we always have besides they have better food anyways......

I am very disappointed that Burger King changed Joe's coffe with Seattle's best. I and 2 of my friends agree that we do not like Seattle's best. Burger King should put Joe's coffee back in.

The service was great, the food was so-so. I understand trying to survive in todays marketplace but to save a tenth of a penny on drink carriers and lids that don't work is irresponsable. Your drink carrior is made to fall over and you lids are made to leak and fall off. Please don't bother telling me that you'll chech into it; because, you must know they don't work. I now have the cost of shampooing my trucks carpet; because, you had to get another penny for yourself. Let us pray that the police and fire departments don't use your business profile. We were recently traveling in New York and had breakfast at the Burger King in Falconer, New York I must say that 1 star (poor) is an understatement. When we walked in our feet actually stuck to the floor and continued to stick to the floor where ever we walked. The one other thing that struck us as odd was the fact that the kitchen was completely open for all to see. Not attractive.... The young lady who waited on us was friendly. However, the food had a lot to be desired. We eat at Burger King quite often and to be honest, this was the worst. You can be assured, this visit to this particular one will be our first and last. IT TOOK AN EXTRA LONG TIME FOR THEM TO PREPARE MY ORDER. THE CASHIER APOLOGIZED. I ASK SENSE IT TOOK SUCH A LONG TIME IF THEY COULD GIVE MY CHILDREN A COMPLIMENTARY APPLE PIE. THE CASHIER SAID SHE COULDN'T BUT SHE WOULD GET HER MANAGER. HER MANAGERS NAME WAS LISA WITH BLOND HAIR. SHE SAID THEY DON'T DO THAT AND IT WASN'T HER FOOD TO GIVE AWAY. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS A MANAGER FOR RED FOOD/BI-LO, LOWE'S AND A FEW MORE OVER A 25 YEAR PERIOD AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT SHE HAD THE AUTHORITY TO GIVE MY CHILDREN A 50cent APPLE PIE, SHE THEN STATED SMATRLEY THAT THEY WERE A DOLLAR. HE ASK IF I HAD BEEN DRINKING I SAID NO SIR I HAVE MY TWO YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE CAR AND THAT I DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE AND THAT I ONLY DRINK ABOUT 2 TIMES A YEAR. MY DAUGHTER WAS SO SCARED SHE WAS SHAKING SHE SAID THAT SHE THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE ME AWAY AND LEAVE HER ALL ALONE. SHE DIDN'T SLEEP ALL NIGHT.BECAUSE OF THE INCIDENT. I WAS LOOKING UP YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON THE INTERNET AND WAS SURPRISED TO FIND THAT YOU HAD EIGHT PAGES OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOU COMPANY.
