Buca di Beppo Corporate Office & Headquarters

I went to Buccas for dinner on 9/24/14. Buccas at one time had awesome food. I dont know what happened but the quality of the food was horrible, stale garlic bread, tastless sauce, ect. The building seemed run down and dirty.

Horrible experience!!!! Went to the one in Kansas City, MO on January 24, 2014 and the manager was rude to her employees and just acted very unprofessional.

For the past three years my friend and I travel to San Francisco twice a year for a buying trip and always have lunch at your restaurant. Until this time we always had a pleasant experience, good food and good service. We had lunch on Monday July 29, 2013 and were very disappointed. We ordered a bottle of wine, which they were out of, the soup and salad were nothing to brag about and the margarita pizza was with tomato sauce not with fresh tomotoes and it was cold!!!

I'm so disappointed you got rid of the garlic mashed potatoes. They were the only reason we went! Please bring them back.

Alwaye enjoyed eating at your restaurant until last nite you took away the garlic mashed potaioes and have now have a potatoe dish that is TERRIBLE PLEASE bring back the garlic mashed potatoes. Why in the world would you stop a good thing?
