Bright Now Dental Corporate Office & Headquarters

I had a partial made nd not only did they remake till I was happy they are reimbursing my money in full!!!! Now that's customer satisfaction !!! This is the bright now dental office in Bradenton Florida . I have to call them for an adjustment for it seems to be rubbing, but that's normal!!!! Thank you again.

I had an issue with an employee at the Bright Now Dental office in Palmdale and I called the corporate office for a week left several messages and no one ever called me back. Very poor customer service!!!

I called to schedule an appointment on Friday April 12, 2013 at bright now office in elyria ohio chestnut commons , because my husband was in a lot of pain on his right side of his mouth he had tooth pain. I called 2 times early that day once at 9:30 and the half hour later at 10 am no one return my phone call so I wait till Monday no phone call still and it was almost 10:30 am . I call bright now back to tell them I call leave a voice mail message along with an email appointment for an emergency and not even an email back. I will tell you I am not recommending your dentist office at all . And I have decided to find another dentist in elyria ohio .
