There is a new voice-over for your radio commercials. I liked your previous voice-over actor much better. The quality of the voice was more interesting and the delivery had more unique nuances. Please bring that other person back!
I considered not publishing this negative review, but I think that your office should be aware of how our party was treated Wednesday night (11/16/11). We arrived at your Kissimme, FL facalties at the Loop with a large party of 18 for our 6 PM reservations. Our table was ready, but the server's were not. We had all types of problems with our drink orders, appetizer orders and entrees. One server was exceptionally rude and disrespectful to our party to the point of standing back and lecturing us in a very loud and angry tone. As we left, this was brought to the attention of the Manager (a young lady) and she was unconcerned with the behavior. All is not negative as the food was excellent. Thank you for your attention.

Dear PAUL, Happy anniversary! Now that you have activated your complimentary $10 gift card, all you need to do is decide what day to celebrate with us. To make a reservation, please call your local Bonefish Grill, and make sure to let us know that you are coming in to celebrate your anniversary. We look forward to sharing a memorable meal with you. And remember, making you feel special isn't something we do only on your anniversary. It's something we do every night of the week. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is what I received from your office (Bonefish) - and I did exactly what you suggested - I called the Frederick Bonefish and made a reservation for my wife and myself since it was a celebration for our twentieth wedding anniversary. Again, as you suggested I told them that it was our anniversary. Well when we got to the Bonefish - they acknowledged our reservations but we were told that we would have to wait until a table was ready. No problem - a short time later we were given our table next to the restrooms. No problem - we got used to having everyone in the establishment go by our tables to use the facilities. Now - keep in mind that the reason I got the message from you was to activate a $10.00 certificate we got from Bonefish because of my and my wife's anniversary. When we presented it to the waiter at the end of the meal we were told that they would not accept it because we had ordered a "special" and the back of the $10 card indicated something to the effect not eligible if used with a "special". Now we have a problem! Needless to say my wife and I were not happy about our experience - what should have been a very special occasion turned to a very annoying night. Before I left Bonefish I looked around and found a man and wife with three children and went over to him and gave him my $10 certificate and told him to please use it as I will never use it. Now - to top it off - why did you ask me to tell the people at Bonefish that it was my wife's and mine anniversary. I would have assumed (bad thing to do) that it meant that Bonefish was, in some way, going to do something special for us - perhaps a desert or something but no nothing - no acknowledgement of any kind. But no problem - or is their a problem? Bob and Judy Wehr 2250 Bear Den Road, Suite 303 Frederick, MD 21701
Bonefish Grill Belleair Florida has been one of my favorites as well as my husbands for at least 10 years. We have always enjoyed especially the crabcakes, imperial longfin, wines, service, etc. I wish that I had given then the 5 star rating they deserved in the years we enjoyed it! The past 2 times ( within the past month ) we have been there it has been bad. It is a shame. The first time my plate of food came half baked. The rice and vegetables were warm but the imperial longfin was cold. The manager came out to take care of it and said there was a problem in the kitchen that they took care of. My friend and I were having the wonderful Strawberry Martinis. They gave me one on the house to resolve my issue. Nice gesture! Than a couple of weeks ago my husband and I went. We had reservations as we normally do. On arrival they had no table nor the waiter we requested, no problem. Waited 5 minutes and were taken to a table that was not put together. We sat down and waited for someone to finish preparing the table. The waitress put down the brown paper, etc. My husband had to put all the things they normally have on the table himself as the lit candle, salt, pepper, etc. was on his booth bench next to him. He ordered wine and I beer. We waited 45 minutes to get those!!! We asked several people going by and our waitress as well and this is how long it took to get an Amberboch and their house wine. The waitress had taken our order she mentioned how the special Shrimp Pad Thai was great. We said we would try it another time. Blah Blah Blah how it is a special and who knows when it would come back. We said we would take our chances and stick with the crabcakes and longfin. Well we had our drinks for about 10 minutes when our dinner came out. So from the time we placed our order till we were served our food, one hour. But wait, what were we served but my longfin and my husbands Shrimp Pad Thai......... Okay so she mixed up the order and he got Pad Thai instead of his crabcakes. My whole dish this time was cold. Sent my longfin back she left the ok (not great at all ) Pad Thai and said don't worry you won't have to pay for the Pad Thai. So. Finally after more than 2 hours of dining we left. Our bill reflected the adjustment to us not paying for the Pad Thai we did not order. This was the worst dining experience there and it was pretty bad. New manager there on last 2 occasions. Could this be the problem. We will only give them one more chance and than if they have not gotten better we will find a new favorite.
Richland Wa Called returant to ask some general questions and make reservations. The manager cursed at me and hung up on me!!! Will be reporting this to the better business bureau and the corporate office!!!
July 22nd 2011 this was my first time at Bone Fish Grill. We was there for a firend of ours birthday(2100 Koury Blvd.Greensboro, NC 27407(336) 851-8900)it was terrible. The breaker at the resturant went out so they was running off of a generator and the lighting was poor and the candles wasnt working well at all. It would have been nice if someone would have told us what was going before we ordered and gave us the option of leaving or staying to eat, instead of rushing us to place our order, removing plates from our tables that we wasnt even done with yet. I work in customer service I know how people should be treated. I asked to speak with the manager about the service we was receiving then all of a sudden the female bartender begin to voice her option and become rude and disrespectful towards us yelling at us and then the male bartenderjoin in and told us to shut up. It took the manager over 5min to come see what we wanted but as soon as they heard a someone screaming they hurried around the corner. I will never eat there again I wont reommended anyone else to eat there. I dont know thant establishment would tolerate that kind of rudeness and disrespect from their employees, but I guess that is acceptable with Bone Fish Grill and the sad part is the manager act like our concerns wasnt important and there should have been some action taking against the employees for unprofessionalism.
My wife,Deborah, and I have been regular guests at the Bonefish Grille at the Harford Mall in Bel Air, Maryland since it opened several years ago. We have always enjoyed everything on the menu until Wednesday night 7/13/2011. We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp as our usual appetizer and it was wonderful. Debbie had a Watermelon Martini and she enjoyed it very much. We wanted to eat light and she ordered Fish Tacos and a small salad which she also enjoyed. I 0rdered the Fish and Chips which turned out to be a monumental mistake. The fish was encased in a gooey mass of oily breading. The breading was totally inedible and oozed oil that saturated the brown paper underneath it. I tried removing the fish from the breading and it was so mushy and disgusting that I ate very little. When our server finally came back to our table to check on us it was time to leave as we had a summer concert to attend. I told the server my displeasure with my meal and she agreed that the mess that was left on my plate looked terrible. I told her I did not blame her because I knew she did not prepare it, however I wanted her to show this to a manager and the kitchen. when a manager brought back our bill I really did expect the Fish and Chips to be removed from the total. Unfortunately they charged me for a meal that I could not eat. I again asked the person in charge about this and was informed I should have said something sooner. Now we decided it was time to leave,m I tipped the server on the full bill and left very unsatisfied. My recommendation is to never order the Fish and Chips and do not wait for your server to come back if there is any problem, notify anyone in listening range.
I visited your location in Myrtle Beach, Sc. My appetizer was great, however my meal Atlantic Salmon was not, it was undercooked, when I mentioned something to the waiter he did offer to cook it again, also telling me the fish was cooked medium-well there. I'm sorry I have been many places and I have never had to ask to have my fish well done. I was totally grossed out. If I wanted raw fish I would eat Sushi!! My husbands fish and chips was very greasy. We normally eat our local bone fish and enjoy that experience.
Im writing because Bonefish has been my favorite restaurant and a staple in my household for over 7 yrs! My husband and I have lived all over FL and always locate the Bonefish in our area whenever we move somewhere new. We just moved to Naples and had a horrible experience for the first time at a Bonefish EVER. My husband sent his caesar salad back twice. We sat in a booth by the bar and staff were in and out of the kitchen with t shirts on ( I think or hope they were already off work). The manager walked by at least 10 times never acknowledging my husband's salad issue. Knowing he was aware because I overheard our waitress telling him about our issue. He was to busy finding a sports channel for some of the staff coming in and out of the kitchen. To top off the night my husband's steak was very tough and my bang bang shrimp barely even had any sauce on them! I'm so disappointed and have never had a bad experience at a Bonefish! I just felt compelled to write and let you all know of our experience. Candice McCue 3231 Horse Carriage Way Dr unit 11 Naples Fl 34105
I visited the one in Novi, Mi and normally the food is good and the service average at best. But on this Wednsday evening it was a complete nightmare. The Fish was under cooked (seabass) and the service was horriable and the manager could careless about my concearns. I wish I would have stopped at the local drive thru and saved myself the hassel and at least had a coke and a smile. I guess there bussiness is doing so well that there not concearned with return bussiness, so dont worry Bone Fish I will not be returning nor will any of my friends or family and remember bad news travels very fast!
The restaurant you have in Gainesville, Florida needs help!!! I am a 50 year old woman and my husband and I dine out frequently. We consider ourselves to be very good critics of restaurants, staff, and overall dining experiences. I have never felt the need to write a review to a Corporate Headquarters before. But.... FYI The girls at the front host stand were rude, lazy and unkempt. Our drink order was never taken. The bread, appetizer, salad, and main courses were basically served all at once. The Angler steak was overcooked and the chicken cold. When we were asked by the young manager (boy) about how our meal was, our concerns were voiced and our complaints were met with indifference. Perhaps Mr. Manager (boy) was more concerned with the hostess he was flirting with all evening at the host stand than with the high level of quality customer service your fine Corporation prides itself on. I was disappointed with this restaurant experience. I think it is time to clean house and hire some grown-ups.
5/31/11 charlotte nc. carmel road bonefish grill while waiting for my husband i specifically asked if they are serving soft shell crab today (5/30/11) and was told that yes, it was on their special menu. i asked because last time i was looking forward to ceviche and was told it had gone bad and was not being served that day. after ordering and waiting and waiting the manager came and told me the soft shell crab smelled bad and they could not serve it. i switched to ceviche and waited and waited and when it came the most notable thing was rotten avocado semi mushed and a sad looking plate of baby shrimp and scallops in a brine that actually hurt my tongue. pure bottled lemon of the worst kind and no other taste! NO CEVICHE I EVER SAW OR TASTED! the manager came and asked how i liked the dish i told her it was terrible. also, i mentioned my husband's plate for $20 looked pathetic in it's presentation. it was a cafeteria slob on plate. really, really sad to serve food like that! earlier in the year we ate with friends at the same location and all 4 meals were pathetic and pricey. good luck with this miserable restaurant ................
We recently visited the "Bonefish Grill" here in Lawrenceville,Ga(1350 Scenic Highway 124 North.Suite #200 on May 21st,2011 at about 18:00 hours. We were seated,And waited for about (10-15)minutes to be waited on.A waiter by the name of"Brian" came to the table,And ask if we had been seen by anyone. We said no.He immediately started our drinks,And assured us that someone will be helping us within the minute. Not long after the Manager"David" shows up to apologize for the wait,And treated us to a very delicious new seafood dish.I believe it's called (vaseechee)...I could be wrong,But the Manager was right on with that selection. We also had the privileged to meet our waitress"Krishna".I hope I'm saying it right,But she was a very beautiful person (inside & out).GOD truly blessed her family. She was soooooooooooo nice to us,And I would like to extend my Heart felt THANKS;-) to the "Bonefish Grill" here in Lawrenceville,Ga(1350 Scenic Highway 124 North.Suite #200 for their Southern Hospitality.THANK YOU GUYS for everything...............May GOD bless all of you,COREY & DIANA WHITAKER;-](cw037@comcast.net) 1114 Treymont Ln,Lawrenceville,Ga.30045
WHERE ARE ALL OF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN MANAGERS!!!!!! WHERE IS ONE OF THEM?
I ate at the bonefish restaurant on Route 70 in Brick NJ and I was never so humiliated because of a waitress named nicole n who was very rude while my wife was asking questions about the menu got abrupt with her and showed no patience and then continued to keep talking and not give my wife a chance to speak. Another waitress called toni r i guess had no tables to wait on and kept staring at my wife and giving her dirty looks. This brand of individuals should not be working with the public they have no people skills. So we ordered our food and were served and we wound up taking it to go because of these two mutants. Hopefully the Manager jackeline will reprimand them both.
here's the deal......you complainers....have you ever worked a day in your life as a server? or a restaurant employee ?? in a fast paced restuarant ever?? you have no idea the intensity of the job at Bonefish....and they all are the same....busy....the lady or guy who complioaned about the phone cal made to the Restaurant at 8:15 on a Friday? are you for real? have you evern eaten at that place or been in the place at that hour on a Friday?? what place is not busy at 8pm on a Friday?? you are so pretentious if you think the night revolves arpubd you at 8pm....call in the morining...have some respect or be conscientious of the hour you are calling and demanding so much.....you are an idiot...cop or retiured cop.....get a grip...you are wrong and out of line. and its a coportaion....not an indiviuslly owned Restaurant....its not Jacks corner pub....Bonefish makes the rules for everyone...so no we really cannot gaurantee tables...and who cares if you are a regular....your one tab does not pay the bills....but your attitide can radiate negativity to the entire staff....why do you have to be treated like a celebrity? get a grip.....you are the problme...you all are...coming into a public place, that is privately owned and operated..and excpeteing and deamnidn and then complianing about that fact that things didn't go your way....ITS NOT YOUR RESTUARNT!......like to see you work a day in Bonefish....you have no idea.....its not a 9-5 job, same job for 100 years and get a pension later....its corproate america in the year 2011.....very very different....servers are expected to mulit takse and do 10 things in 30 second cycles all night for hours......you could nveer hack it.
I took my wife to your Bonefish location in Greensboro, NC. Yesterday was her birthday and she ask that we go to Bonefish. In the past we had wonderful food and service. However, that was not the case last night. The menu had changed quiet a bit since the last time we were there. When my wife requested Mahi-Mahi they informed her that they only sold that when they could not get Grouper. But, he said, their might be a couple of pieces back in the kitchen..like frozen????? The menu had changed so much that it wasn't the quality of resturant that we onced enjoyed so much. Their specialty was Chicken Marsala at a fish restuarant...PLEASE! The service was very poor. My Ceasar salad was tastless and not eatable. My wife's salad was so wet and dripping in dressing that she couldn't eat it. When the waiter came back to the table he saw that it had not been touched. Never did he ask if there was a problem or even offer either of us something else in it's place. My garlic mashed potatoes were dry and could not taste any garlic. Overall, our experience was horrible. We are very disappointed because what use to be one of our favorite restaurants is now one that we no longer want to visit again.
My husband and I have dined at the Bonefish Grill in Greensboro, NC a few times before and although the High Point furniture market congested the city last week, the food is delicious so we decided to take our chances on getting in on Saturday evening. We were given an estimated wait time of 45 minutes at 6:00pm which was fine, we decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited, which seemed as if it took almost that long...I've never seen Bonefish that busy and crowded! As 6:45 grew closer a young woman, the manager--who I initially thought was the lead hostess (only because she looks so young!...sorry again, Christa!!) sought us out through the sea of customers in the bar to inform us and apologize but they would be running a few minutes later than the time we were quoted by the hostess. She then offered us an appetizer while we waited, and just before 7:00 she personally escorted us to our table. I was extremely impressed with Christa's poise and professionalism and on such a chaotic night...that is commendable. As a customer I could tell that she was genuinely concerned with my experience in her restaurant even though I was not in town for the furniture market. The food is always great at the Bonefish, but service is just as important and even after we were seated we could see Christa checking in on other tables throughout the dining room to make sure that everyone was enjoying their evening just as she had done for us. That personal touch is what sets that restaurant apart from other chains. I know most people only write letters to corporate offices to complain so I wanted to share our experience at the Greensboro, NC location and thank Christa for her hospitality, it made our night and we will most definitely be back very soon.
I decided to go ahead and write to you since I placed a call to head quarters over three hours ago and no one has called back after I left my name and phone number. All I can say about your restaurant is that I will never go back after being treated so rudely Saturday night Dec 10th, myself and two of my cousins met there around 4:00 p.m. on Saturday for an early dinner and to do some catching up since we have not seen one another in over 3 months, the waitress wanted to cash us out the minute we finished our dinner, seemed put out when we ordered some coffee, then went ahead and ask for us to pay, sitting there drinking our coffee the manager I assume, came over and ask how our dinner was being that we were the only table he asked I said I bet you want us to leave, his response was have a nice week-end, as we prepared to leave feeling very embarrassed as we passed the hostess her remark was not thank you but you were sure here a long time! Excuse me we can stay as long as we want as long as we are paying for the space we occupy. I do know that we will never go back to your restaurant again also am advising all friends and family not to choose your place for drinks and dinner. What is ashame is that we are having a company meeting Dec 28th 2011 and we were thinking about your place or Brio's on the plaza,I was to pick a place and make reservations, there was going to be 8 of us appetizers, drinks, and dinner, we all love to eat and drink and being on a Wednesday night I think you can figure out the math on that loss. The Brio it will be, and they will be happy to have us. Again thank you for calling me back and have a Merry Christmas. OOps almost forgot to say which property of yours it was, it is your location in Leawood Kansas.
