I was at your location earlier this week and was helped by a wonderful employee. Went to the register and she asked her manager to show her how to do a military discount. Manager came over and I quote "I don't have to give you a discount." And walked away.

Customer service is the worse I have every experienced. Apparently if you want to resolve an issue with a supvr or mgr they refuse to speak with you but lazily relay messages via the powerless, inadequate person answering the phones. I will spend my money elsewhere for better services & products, how about U.
