On 10/03/2014( Freedom Drive Store #5444) I purchased a pack of ground beef and cube steak . On 10/04/2014 the meats where unthawed in the refrigerator, when I removed the meats they were dark brown. I do not have transportation to return them, my only choice is to call Mecklenburg County Health Dept.
