they're the best!!

Unacceptable customer service.

I ordered a California king bed from Beck's Furniture on 09/03/2014 and I am still waiting for it. Not only hasn't my order been filled, they don't have the decency to call me with an update as promised 2 weeks ago when my wife and I went into the store for an update. We're going to get our money back. Keep this in mind if you're planning to buy from them. DON'T!
