She was the most wonderful, jovial, and sweet customer service representative I have ever spoken to and more than helpful when It came to making sure I had a new product on the way. It has been a while since i last sent a compliment about your product. I visited the stores in both 34th street and 46st (not too sure address) but both in NYC. I am so loving the product. I purchased a concealer that seems to dry under the eye and create many lines underneath the eyes which is not a nice site. I purchased some eyeshadow and primer which was good but the best purchase was the face cleanser. WHere has this product been all my life its simply wonderful. The associate named STAR at the 46th street store introduced it to me in talking and its worth it. I received a coupon to get a smaller brush for free but was denied it since i wasnt making a purchase at the time.
