Your a pretty smart peosrn asking for help as most people think they can wing it in sales. First don't let anyone tell you that only sales people are born. You can learn and apply everything. I'm going to suggest you pick up a book or go to the library on a book by TOM HOPKINS he's a real estate agent but he's sales training works for everything.
