Having made arrangements with Aspen Dental to have oral surgery done and checking in with my appointment by phone.Two days before the surgery they call and tell me their surgeon coming in from Buffalo canceled my surgery and if I want to have the surgery done I would have to go to a different town a day after mine was scheduled to have it done.I paid the whole bill up front before anything was done to get it out of the way.They had a big chunk of my money and couldn't tell me when the surgeon would be in this area again.Up set isn't telling it all.I don't blame the people in that office they were very help full and stayed calm even though I was NOT.I was going to stop payment on my check but am trusting them to refund my money in seven to ten days.I need work done asap and am afraid to wait until they can get a surgeon in this area to do it.This is a dental office and no surgeon am I the only one who needs a surgeon in that office?Corporate whats up with this??
