i will never do bussines with ashleys furniture ever again. i spend more than 4000 dollars on mercgandise that came defected from factory, i am thinking of reporting this to BBB. i seriusly want all my money back.

Ordered bedroom furniture for my granddaughter on April 7th, 2011, told it would all be here by May 12th and my pick up date would be May 14th. Guess what! Just like everyone else, still not all here. Spoke to Danielle on May 11, 2011 at the 35th/Washington Customer Service to see if all was in yet. She said because it's not all in they will have to re-schedule for the 25th because the footboard was still not in and everything will be available on the 25th my rescheduled date. April 7th to May 25th not acceptable???????? Then I decided to call back on the 12th to see if I could pick up what was already in the warehouse and Linda told me that it was already released to someone else, I litterly went off and said had I been told that I had the option to pick up what was there and wait for the footboard I would have. I wasn't even given that option by Danielle and asked to speak to a Supervisor and was told nobody was available and she would try and find someone, by that time I was frustrated and hung up. About an hour later received call and Stephanie (Supervisor) told me that I can pick up what was there (hmmmm all of a sudden my merchandise was still in the warehouse) and then wait for the footboard and would be available on 25th for pick up. We will see. Hope to have a complete bedroom by the time my granddaughter comes home at the end of May.......seens merchandise all comes from same warehouses therefore, obviously they cannot keep up with volume and said everything is made as ordered, yeah right....how come all pieces weren't shipped at the same time......Last time something is purchased at Ashley Furniture, Glendale, Arizona

Where is the rating for no stars!! I purchased a sleigh bedroom set from Ashley Furniture in Tri-County in Cincinnati, Ohio in March 2009. I recently had the misfortune of the side bed rail breaking while I was sitting on the bed. I contacted the customer service dept (513)619-6700 for assistance to get this repaired only to be told by an uncaring phone rep that the bed was discontinued and no parts were available and I needed to contact a furniture repair shop, I was out of the manufacturer's warranty time frame. I explained after spending thousands on a bedroom set only to have it break in 2 yrs was not acceptable and I would like to speak with someone else. I then received a call from a Robin-customer service supervisor who basically repeated the same thing but added even top of the line furniture retailers only give you a 1 yr warranty and maybe I should visit the store to see if there was a similar bed that had the same rails!!! Well was the supervisor implying that Ashley doesn't offer top of the line furniture for our hard earned bucks and once you pay for the furniture (cash) is this where the customer service ends!! I will never shop or recommend anyone to do business with Ashley furniture!!!!

i recently cancelled a lay a way . when i paid on the furniture i paid cash. Why when i go in to get my refuhd i am told that they have to mail paperwork to corporate and i would get my refund in 7-10 days. first of all this is no where on their paperwork. If I pay cash i should get cash in return. Then the cashier told me rudely, that they don't keep cash in the store. all the people i saw paying on their accounts were paying in cash. I should have read these comments b/4 going there. I will see how long this is going to take but if i get the run around about MY MONEY, i will contact 12 on yourside and the BBB. This is ridiculous.The augusta store first of all has uncaring staff and rules and regs regarding layaway and returns needs to clearly stated .If you need customer service training for your staff let me know because they suck.

Where is my furniture waiting since March 11th 2011. Was told maybe May 2011. Your Carle Place, your store is terrible.

This is NOT the place to buy furniture and I will never do so again. The sales folks are horribly aggressive. When you finally purchase they tell you,that the corporate office tells them they have to say it will be 4 weeks for delivery but it will be much sooner. They tell you this AFTER the sale. It has been 3 weeks and still no furniture. I have called the 800 number and the wait is atrocious. Finally I get a person and they say, sorry, your furniture is not here yet, we will let you know. This is completely unacceptable. I would like to cancel my order and get my money back but I am told that is not possible. I will make an effort to let all of my associates and friends know that Ashley furniture is NOT the place to buy and that the "line of discussion" they sell you is totally bogus. I would suspect Ashley has a lot of customers who go once but will never go back. I would like an explanation and I intend to speak to the BBB on this as well.

I will never shop at ashley furniture in fort meyers fl. again they really dont care once they get your money and your not happy they just dont care.

Ashley Furniture in Colton California delivered the wrong furniture and no one seems to care!!!!

They have the some of the most rude people that work in the Rivergate,TN store. I have an elderly mother who unfortunately cant get out of the house alot and move around and of course i work. My mother asked that I call the store to get pricing on some furniture that she wanted to purchase for her home since she was going into a high rise the gentleman on the other end told me that was not his problem and they dont give prices over the phone. I strongly suggest you all get some customer service classes going really soon. I will NEVER do business or have my company do business with ashley furniture again. Not to mention our company buys all of our funiture from you all but unfortunately i guess we will have to take our business else where. I cant believe somebody would be that rude.

i live in NY and very sorry for not reading reviews from Ashley furniture store, they are horrible, with the delivery and replacing damage furniture.... i am about to call Geraldo-SHAME, SHAME.... Write again to better business bureau, they need to go.

Sorry there is no rating at all. I am another person who made a simple $1,000.00 purchase and they have come to my house on 3 occasions and still have yet to get my order correct. Although the store manager seems to be courteous, I am pissed. My daughter has been sleeping on her mattress on the floor since November. If they don't come get this SHIT out of my house and refund my money, there will definately be a problem. For those of you who do not know how to attempt to resolve this issue, the first step is to send a certified letter to corporate and to the store where you made your purchase. I have started my process!!!

Ashley furniture does not deserve even one star! We have been waiting for our furniture since the beginning of November, it's been over 3 months!!! Like Joelina, we were hoping to host for the holidays, such as Thanksgiving, in our new home with beautiful new furniture, didn't happen. OK we understand the push to December so we decide to host Christmas thinking furniture would arrive by then. Nope. They said wouldn't be until January. I don't know why but i gave them a second shot at this, but when January comes around, they are now saying it won't be here until MARCH WTH!! On top of that we wouldn't be getting all the pieces at the same time. It's absolutely ridiculous. The salesperson who initially helped us no longer takes our calls, (DJ is always with another customer) After my husband showed me all the negative comments, we immediately called and demanded our money back. We are not going to waste another ounce of energy with this company! Their furniture maybe nice, but it's not worth the headaches and constant excuses the company gives you! Please, do yourself a favor and get your money back if you are able to and never order from Ashley furniture again, and pass the word to possible future victims..i mean consumers! Good luck to all!!

Ashley Home furniture is a joke! I ordered furniture there early november and was told it could be delivered in two weeks to a month due to the winter weather (bullshit) Then when I called to check on the status they informed me a peice of my furniture was on backorder and they had no idea when I would be getting my furniture but they were sure it would be here before christmas, Now its a week away from christmas I have an empty living room and five family memebers coming to celebrate the holidays with. So now what do I do? I already paid for the couch in full! so should I just Buy a cheap fouton from walmart? This place sucks and I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I want my furniture for christmas I dont think thats too much to ask when I ordered it over 5 weeks ago!!!!!!!!!!!

I never picked up my furniture before I went back and did a refund do to a family emergency and had every intention of going back and purchasing it again I paid in cash now the store and corporate customer service is giving me the run around on my return I will never step foot in one of your stores again this company need classes in customer service.

Unfortunately, I totally know how Patricia (above email) feels. In April, we spent over $7,000.00. To make a long story short, we still have not received all of our order and it is now Nov!! No one will call me back. I also am contacting the BBB. I want a refund!

BUT THEN THE REPLACEMENT PIECES WHERE TO BE SENT TO US ON THE 11TH OF NOVEMBER. ONLY THE CHASE CAME. NO CALL TO TELL US WHY. THE DELIVERY MAN KNEW NOTHING. WE SPENT OVER $6,000. DOLLARS AT YOUR STORE AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GRIEF. I AM STILL TRYING TO REACH THOSE SO CALLED MANAGERS. THE ONLY ONE I HAVE SPOKEN TO IS A MARCEL @ CS. HE ASSURES ME HE HAS E-MAILED THEM MANY TIMES. EVEN OUR 5 YR PROTECTION PLAN IS IN THE WRONG NAME, LINDSAY. WHO IS THAT? SOMEONE IN THE CORP. OFFICE NEEDS TO CHECK N YOU MANAGERS. THEY ARE NOT MANAG4RS, JUST COLLECTING A PAY CHECK. THE BBB, WILL LOVE TO HEAR ABOUT THIS. I AM STILL WAITING FOR ANSWERS AND REST OF MY FURNITURE. I'D LIKE MY MONIES BACK!
