Very disorganized ! No one knows what they are doing and have had me waiting months for a tag. Spoke with multiple people who can't get on the same page and figure out how to get me my tag. Had all my information and kept trying to get more. Why would I need a high school report card (when I graduated years ago) or my bank statements to register a car. Trying to rip me off and have no intentions
