How frustrated are you today....I am disgusted with the way my problem has been handled. On Oct 25,2011 I ordered a gift card for my Daughter-in-law ,(Nanette Reynolds) for $200.00. I paid extra to make sure it was delivered (on-time) for her birthday (Oct 31). I called her to make sure the card made it to her on time (I did receive a an e-mail that my order was shipped (#210107572). On November 6 ( a Sunday) she called very mad (at me) for the card having no money on it, in line to pay for her merchandise, the clerk told her, nothing she could do, embarrassed with people standing waiting to be serviced! So on Monday (Nov 7) I called to see what happened and was told that they did not know, but had several other customers with same problem. I told the agent that my (faithful Ann Taylor Loft Customer) daughter told me she would never shop with your store again, so I just wanted assurance that the charge would be cancelled . So I had to provide card# again. I have been watching for the charfe and credit to come through since 11-7...it hasn't, but today my wife received an e-mail saying my order was shipped???? I am through...do not charge my card.....I wuold like for someone to write my daughter-in law an apology for the embarrassment. Probably too much to expect!!!1 Gary Reynolds-
