Not only does AEP not take care of the customers, they don't care about there investors. They still bonds and stocks from investors and claim them for themselves by reinvesting them back into the company. They have Bad Business Practices. They don't care.

AEP has us by our "balls" and there is nothing we can do about it.

Any one having trouble with AEP bills should check out the "Accepted for value process" search it with google or you tube for info on how it works.

THIS COMPANY HAS RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT SHOW THEY HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THE PEOPLE THEY SERVICE. THEIR BOTTOM LINE IS MONEY. THEY KNOW PEOPLE NEED ELECTRIC POWER. THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU EAT OR HAVE OTHER BILLS. YOU CAN STARVE AS LONG AS YOU KEEP THEM PAID.THEIR COUSTOMER SERVICE REPS SOUND LIKE THEY ARE TRAINED TO SAY WE CAN'T HELP.THEY USE COMPANY POLICY AS THEIR EXCUSE. IF YOU FREEZE THEY DON'T CARE. THEY JUST DON'T CARE END OF STORY.

aep in southwest virginia has no regards to the needie or the children that is cold and have no power., peolel do get behind and are making payments but thay still turn their power off the eldery people chirlding dosen"t matter who .the ones in south weastern va needs a realiety check on humanity god needs to shake them. may god bless them in his own way.conserned person
