Terrible company, try to to rent from this shoddy operation.

Poor customer service... do NOT renew your lease until you are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN you need the room the following year!!! YOU CANNOT!!! get out of your lease. You will never received the same information from their employees twice, you cannot speak to a LIVE person at corporate regarding any concerns. While the coporate office spouts "caring about the college students" I have not seen this mission exibited. Their new missions statement should read: WE ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!! Do not lease with this company unless you do have zero other options. If you must, do with caution and document everything you are told.. and include the persons name. They are purposely inconsistent..

Frankly I think that's aobslutely good stuff.
