Some of our presidents have been, and others may be, "peasants" of a sort. This is one of the best aspects of our country's policies: our public office positions are not elitest in terms of class distinctions (we're ignoring the sexism and racism for now, just talking about classes)...or at least, it didn't used to be.This all began to change steadily from the onset, and one can argue that from the beginning, all those in power had some powerful and elitest connections that gave them a distinct advantage (some instances descending into rampant conspiracy theories, but again we ignore and stick to the point) so it may be argued that it amounts to the same thing. Granted. But the fact remains, that as long as you're a U.S. citizen (birth certificate in tow), then you can be elected to the highest single political position in the country. That's pretty damn cool.The heart-strings that the GOP and Tea-Partiers are tugging on is this very fact -- of course, it's also mixed with a heavy dose of American mythos in the form of utopian "Golden Era" of conservatism they claim actually existed (it's even built into their party's nickname Ye Grande Olde Partie). So we have to be careful there not to throw out the baby with the bath water. 'Cause that first factor is a) true, b) cool, c) egalitarian, and d) quite possibly the way out of this damn mess we're in.Remember Einstein's theory of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. That's the proposed platform these candidates are basing their "I'm one of you people, a regular guy, not like those Other guys that screwed everything up" con. And it is a con. They are not us. They are white, male, wealthy, Other guys. So at this point, we maybe should apply that same insanity definition to the "plumber" angle as well, at least the use of it as a selling point.Change is necessary in our leadership. Older is not equal to better any more than newer is equal to better. One thing is for sure, and I have to agree with you on this, our modern world could not survive the leadership a green, untested, peasant-class outsider. Our politics and social structure have become far too complex for anyone to be president.But should it be that way? Wouldn't it be better if we worked to create a country where we could effectively govern our own people? Or do we want an elite class of alien overlords to run it for us while we struggle with their ineffable paperwork and bureaucracy just for the privilege of paying our inflated taxes and losing our homes. 'Cause that's what we got now. The 99% may as well be District 12 or the Bajorans to the 1% (CEOs and politicians alike) who rule the nation. Problem much?Parting shot: Your right, but let's not be too happy about it, maybe?

I agree completely with Amanda White. Still waiting on 2010 w2 (I know, good luck on that), & allot of my checks bounced when I worked for them (sometimes no pay) AND they closed without notice or reason until re-opened by another company. They also weren't the best when it came to safety equipment either. Sometimes we took turns with the helmets, etc. & that was the ONLY thing supplied. I worked for them after the Nashville flood in 2010 when my original place of business got flooded, & I (with no experience) was hired to do hazmat & construction. But the best & only trainers were a handful of employees from OTHER companies working on the same site. I needed the money I did get paid from them b/c of situation then, but I'd never send anyone to work there. After 4 months I got moldy fiberglass insulation in my eye (yes, I was wearing average safety glasses)I got DNRed. That's no excuse to hold a w2.

According to the article, Frank filed bankruptcy for the 4th time in Florida!!! Federal agents are seizing assets and investigating other wrongdoings. The sons, Chris and Andrew are no better. They were officers in Able Body and just started a new company called PRT which stands for Personnel Response Team. What a joke!!! They started the new company a month after their dad sold Able Body. And guess what??? The same problems are already happening at PRT. Hopefully they will be stopped before hurting even more people.

Rumor has it that the Federal Marshals took all their businesses, I'm sure they'll be going to prison.

Made up W2s and didn't send them out until February. Doesn't matter that the company doesn't exist anymore. You can't just make up W2s! Same owners started another staffing company called Personnel Response Team. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! THEY ARE THIEVES! THEY ARE LIARS!

Able Body is full of cons & crooks IMO. Worked for them for over two years. Sometimes my paychecks would bounce. Very unprofessional staff. They hold your W-2 forms until you call the IRS & force them to send them !!!! Able Body Labor is a joke - I'll never work for them again and suggest that if you do, QUIT IMMEDIATELY !!!!
