In all my years (I'm 71) I have never experienced such excellent customer service from the initial contact through the end.
I needed a temporary container for about a month. I own a small duplex, and my tenant brought in some used furniture (without my permission) into his side of the duplex, and you can guess what came with it -- bed bugs. The exterminator said everything needed to be laundered and dried at high heat and placed in sealable plastic bags.. I've lived here for 44 years so I had a lot of stuff -- most of which needs to be donated. I contacted several companies and PackRat gave me a great deal, but more than that kindness and understanding. I have told many people about this company, and if I ever have need of this kind of service again, I will contact them immediately. More than five stars -- more than five stars!
