I purchased two Meet and Greet VIP Tickets to the Godsmack Staind Tour in Maine well seems as though TicketMaster and Ground Control are enjoying my 377.00. I was never sent the promised email of the time of the meet and greet and I talked the the GIRL who was in charge of the emails she said sorry theres nothing I can do !!! Well I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office here in Maine and a Complaint to the Better Business Bureau here in Maine if we all post our experiences with the two scam artis and rip offs maybe their revenues will drop and they will be hurt by taking our money and not providing the services that are promised to people. My tickets were gifts with memorbellia that should have been signed by the band of Godsmack which is the one we choose the VIP tickets for ...I drove 100 miles these tickets were a gift two my son turning 21 and my daughters graduation on 6-1-2012 waht a stinking joke People beware they rip you off SCAM

THIS IS THE WORST SITE EVER! They sold tickets to a broker and then sold then again for $1200 dollars more! Totally screwed us over. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Never buying tickets from them ever again! Absolutely terrible!!!!!

My husband and I purchased tickets from a Ticketmaster agent, Never Sold Out NY in November 2011. The tickets were to see Celine Dion at Ceasars Palace on the 22nd February 2012. We live in Queensland, Australia so the air fare alone between Brisbane and Las Vegas was in excess of $7,000.00. AU. Before the tickets arrived nearly $1000.00. AU was debited to our credit card. The tickets turned out to be $250.00. each the balance deducted from our account was for freight and fees. As an invoice has never been provided to us we have no clue of the breakdown of the additional charges. We turned up on the night of the concert, only to be told that Celine had cancelled. We waited at the box office at the Colleseum until we could speak to someone with authority. We were assured at the time that as we had paid by credit card we would see a refund on our card within 24 hours. We continued on our holiday in the US arriving home early March. We were greeted with an email advising us that to obtain a refurn out tickets, which were printed on normal A4 printer paper had to be returned within a month of the concert and only by FedEx or the USP service. Neither service is available in the town we live in. I emailed Never Sold Out and explained the situation. Thery were unsympathetic and insisted I return the two precious pieces of paper that we all know they probably had copies of. To have the documents transported by FedEx I had to pay a local airline to carry them to Sydeny where they were transported to the FedEx agent in Sydney, then to NY. The whole exercise costing approx $100.00. AU. I was able to track the progress of the envelope through the FedEx web site. As soon as the envelope was signed for by the agent at Never Sold Out that processed the original tickets I emailed enquiring about our refund. To cut a long story short I was given every excuse known to man regarding our refund, and why it was delayed. I ended up contacting the American Embassy in Canberra to seek their assistance. We recieved the credit on our statement on the 26th March 2012. Over a month after the concert was cancelled. During this month I tried to contact Ticketmaster's head office and the box office at Ceasars Palace. Both have automated menus on their telephone system that go on and on, consequently, depite spending big money on telephone calls I didnt get to speak to a human. NEVER, EVER, EVER WOULD I BUY TICKETS FROM AN OVERSEAS TICKETMASTER SELLER.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I live in Central Texas and purchased tickets to see David Cassidy in NY, NY because he has no dates in my area. I have loved and been a fan of his since the 70s. This concert means more to me than anything! I was told when I purchased my tickets that I would be receiving them by UPS (which I paid extra for)by today. So when I called today to get a tracking number because I never received my e-mail confirmation, I was told that they were shipped out this morning instead, and I would have them by Friday. I could track my package with my shipping reference number on UPS's website. When I tried to do that, it came back that it was invalid number. I called back, and tried to get through to a manager with customer service, but was repeatedly refused. I am still on the phone while typing this, and just now got a supervisor--still no manager. These are the dumbest people I have ever spoken too. I got a "Specialist" and was told that I never was charged for UPS so they would be mailed regular mail to me, since I didn't receive them through e-mail. Now I'm being told they were sent UPS, and that my tracking number is correct, even though UPS can't find it. I did find the corporate number on Google though in case anyone else wants it. They have horrible customer service, and no intelligence, and I believe that they are incapable of telling the truth. I will see David Cassidy in New York, if I have to rebuy tickets at ANY price from Joe Blow on the corner. Ticketmaster needs to go fly a kite off of a cliff. I will be contacting my local Attorney General's office, as my daughter interned there a year ago. I will also be contacting the BBB, and a personal attorney to sue for damages, mental anguish, and anything else I can think of as well.

We paid 100.00 for monster jam tickets, that turned out to be pit passes for monster jam in Kentucky ! come on we live in pa. so when we got to pittsburgh , we were told that we had to buy new tickets (another 100.oo Guess what? we went from good seats ,to the last row in the arena. Giant Eagle said sorry we cant help you.Ticket master say theres nothing they can do, you need to check your tickets. If i didnt have my grandson we would have gone home SO TICKET MASTER ,NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME ,OR MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS! DONT BUY TICKETS FROM GIANT EAGLE UNIONTOWN , PA. We were not the only ones that got ripped off. They all got the same results. too bad their employees are ignorant as how to do their jobs, You all ruined a good time for a lot of people. (especially the children) SHAME ON YOU !

My mother went to one of the WalMart outlets for ticketmaster. She is 65, blind in one eye, survived brain cancer and tumor removal. She was buying tickets for the circus to take my son. The guy at walmart showed her the screen. She starts the process: pick the show, Ringling Bros., Date, Time, seats puts it all in. She is new to the area and honestly hasn't bought tickets to something in 20+ years, I think the last concert she went to was Witney Housten, when she first hit it big. So who would think that the same thing would be going on in two different cities at the same time?? That is what happened. So it never shows on the touch screen what city it is for just the coliseum name. This was a name she recognized, because it was in the next biggest city over from the one she wanted. We live in Winston Salem, NC she wanted tickets for Greensboro she ended up with tickets to Raliegh. So the store we all know what a walmart store is like busy, noisy, sales person talking to you. Then after printing the tickets the guy says are they what you wanted. Yep, right day right time coliseum sounded right?, what did she know. When we get there wrong coliseum, tickets are denied. This is at the gate they had looked at our tickets twice before getting there. They take us over to the ticket window, give us the number to customer support, who once we wait for 10 minutes on hold tells us you have to talk to retail outlet support. So call them wait another 10 minutes, they then say you have to go to walmart to have something done. They couldn't just exchange our tickets from one coliseum to the other, it was not sold out. We ended up buying new tickets and have a whole row to ourselves. But they keep saying that it is not ticketmaster customer support that we go through you have to call retail customer support. Oh and the guy she talked to at retail customer support said he had to send an email to get authorization to do anything, followed by but they probably want allow it. He didn't want to take the time to type up an email and hit send, just plain lazy. We are still pursuing the refund of the additional ticket cost, since all tickets say ticketmaster at the top I think they are responsible. This is an elderly woman who lives on her social security because she refuses to be labled as disabled.

Ticketmaster are scalpers! The fees they charge are ridiculous. What ever happened to going to the ticket window, or local barber shop and purchasing tickets without fees? Why do we have to pay Ticketmaster all of these enormous fees just to see a show? They are ripping the public off big time. Once you get to their site, you pick your show, pick your tickets, and then they hit you with insurance, processing fees, mailing fees, etc. Makes me want to forget about seeing a concert these days. Ticketmaster is just as bad as going to the movies. Gigantic Rip-Offs, all of them!

It is an absolute racket that ticketmaster releases tickets to concert brokers in heaps to resell to the public at jacked up prices. I was unable to get ONE ticket to see Bruce Springsteen when they went on sale this morning at 10 AM. Within minutes sites like stubhub had hundreds of tickets available for triple the price and more. Why am I, a consumer, treated like a second class citizen? Why do I have less of a right to a ticket than these brokers? Ticketmaster plays a big role in denying tickets to fans by prioritizing brokers over consumers and colluding to artificially drive up ticket prices. It's an outrage, and it should be regulated by Congress.

I just had an awful experience, but what's new... After purchasing a ticket via Ticket Master I find a hidden $14.00 charge from Mondial Assistance. Supposedly, unbeknownst to me I had purchased insurance on the tickets. And not only that, it wasn't included in my final order. So the 107.00 total purchased amount did not include the 7.00 per ticket that will be charged to my credit card separately. I hope a lawyer finds this review and files a class action lawsuit as I know hundreds of people have been charged this amount and never saw the charge on their credit card.

I purchased these tickets August 24th. The show advertises I will get pit passes for free. This NEVER happened. After repeated phone calls and promises I would get them emailed I had not received them. I even had one guy tell me look this is September your show is Jan/2012 let it go. He also said I wasn’t the only one this happened to. I found out today November 18, 2011 all that was a lie. The reason why I didn’t receive the pit passes is because all mail indicators were turned off on my account. So they can’t even mail them to me. And there were limited notes on my account of my many phone calls. I was told I can pick them up @ the door when I show up for the show. When they received my money I should have what I paid for in my hand not wait 5 months for the other half and with Ticketmaster’s record not even be able to get them. I asked for a refund and was told no because they only guarantee I get in the show that’s all. I WANT MY PIT PASSES NOW OR A FULL REFUND. Dont buy tickets from Ticketmaster. They will not honor their 72-hour refund policy. I am disgusted and feel ripped off. The Tickemaster representatives take great pleasure in denying my request for a refund that complies with their 72-hour refund policy, I called to cancel and they were happy to deny me. I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. These people are scum.

I'll bet scalpers know how to get around not being bumped off your website. I'm not going to a concert because you FORBADE me to purchase tickets. You should review this and let people get decent seats. Not the ones you try to pawn off on poor saps. I HATE TICKETMASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I think of all the business I gave to you in the past....you all make me sick.

The absolute worst customer service ever!!

Ticketmaster is possibly the worst ticket purchaser I have ever dealt with. This morning I tried to buy some Adele tickets which went on sale at 10am. So I had my computer on the site waited till exactly 10, then tried to order them. I put in any available in all category's entered the two words and they kept returning no matches. I did this 50-100 times over the next 20 minutes, always getting the same results. I don't understand why you would say tickets will be available for purchase to the public, if that is obviously not the case. Maybe if they didn't sell all the tickets to the resellers first this wouldn't be such a problem. So instead of paying the 40 dollars to ticketmaster, now I am supposed to pay $150 to some mediator like stubhub. This is ridiculous. I remember when you used to just stand in line to buy the tickets. This is one thing that the internet completely screwed up. I will never buy another ticket from ticketmaster, stubhub, or any other reseller as long as I live. I can't wait till ticketmaster goes out of business. I will rejoice on that day. On June 2 2011 my mother and I had tickets to see R.Kelly at the Desoto civic center . We were told we could pick our tickets up at the ticket window . The concert started at 7:30 and we were on time . We get to the ticket window nobody can help us . They couldn't find our tickets we were told to call ticketmaster but they were closed . I go to the website from my phone and it give me all the information about my tickets . We talk to the supervisor at the civic center and he prints the tickets out with no problem ok it is 10:35 and R. Kelly was closing out his show . We were told if we go in that we would not get our money back. We go to every R Kelly concert we know how he closes his show. Now we are told we can't get a refund that is so Bull****.My mother is termentally ill and one of the thing she wanted to do on her bucketlist is to go to this concert. I'm not asking to get a refund there is a show in St Louis the 17th that we would like to take my mother to is there anyway we can get ticket for that in the place of the other one . What a joke. Customer service is non-existent. They lead you to believe you have a seat....not telling you that it is your backside on the floor or standing. Luckily I bought additional tickets in a better location and gave those away. We recently went to the Prince concert (which he was wonderful). However, the tickets said the concert started at 7:30 and it finally got started at 8:30. There was no opening band, no "sorry for the delay", no "Prince is taking a nap", nothing. If you can find any other place to get your tickets.....DO IT!!!
