| I ordered two chairs and a couch from Thomasville in Fairfax, Virginia, in Aug. 2010. The chairs were delivered on Sept. 15. The wood on one chair was split completely across on both arms. Both chairs had the wrong finish on the wood. I contacted Thomasville the same day the chairs were delivered to report this. Their agent came out and inspected the chairs and confirmed they could not be repaired. After many phone calls, they have refused to pick up the chairs or refund my money. They also have not replaced the chairs. They did cancel my order for a rug prior to delivery, but refuse to refund my money for that either. Even though they were notifed of the error in the wood finish, they completed the couch (which had been backordered) with the wrong finish and now want me to accept and pay for it. This has been a nightmare! | |
