I was at your Orange Park,Fla. store to purchase several items and the young lady was on the phone too much. She said she was talking to her manager. I was asking several questions on the phone still. so I just walked out and said maybe I'll come back when YOU are not to busy talking on the phone. I haven't gone back and maybe I will never go back as I purchased my products elsewhere.

On Saturday July 10 I went to purchase a gift at your Garden City, Roosevelt Field, New York location. I selected the perfect gift for a friend of mine. It was listed for $12.00. It was a bookmark that was already engraved, apparently a return from the past. Next to the item were other blank bookmarks not stating the price anywhere in sight. The piece I wanted to purchase had the price in full directly on the item. It did NOT state it was a sample item. I have purchased many items from your store and I have a Things Remembered card. Upon taking it to the girl in front she informed me that it was a sample and if I wanted it, I had to wait and it would be around $55 with the engraving. I did say that it had the price on this particular item only. She was extremely nasty making feel as though I do not want to do business in that location again. It is proper business to have given me the bookmark since the price was directly on the item. The engraving had a quote engraved on it. I was extremely upset how I was treated as a customer and should have received the item marked. Nona Stevens Thank You
