my wife and I have been going to Texas Roadhouse (Aurora, Co 2 times a month for the last 24 months. How do you keep up your excellent steaks !! Now, if you don't make at least one mistake, how are we going to be able to complain ?? 48/48 is a great record !!...we have ceased going to that other "Steak Restaurant" chain...so much spice you can't taste the steak !! Like putting ketchup on filet mignon....you just don't do that !!

Does anyone know the mailing address for Texas Roadhouse Corp.? I have sent two emails and have had no response, not even a form reply. I have left two phone messages with customer relations, no return call. We had "reservations" for 17 members of our family, we were celebrating a 43rd. anniversary. Our family was split into three booths, not around a table, so you could only visit with the people at your booth. That was odd, but what happened with our food, especially mine, was a nightmare! The initial order was completly wrong for 3 people at our table, and had to go back. To make a long story short, my steak was wrong three times, once I didn't even get the same cut that I ordered. My last "ribeye" was thin, tasteless, had an odd texture, and instead of being medium, it was well done, so over-cooked, I didn't eat it, but sent it home with my brother-in-law for his dog. I was afraid to send it back a third time. The response from the server was "oh no!" but she didnt' seem overly concerned. We were never offered dessert, she just took the plates, dropped our checks and acted like there was a rush to get out booth. One of my worst dining experiences ever, and we won't be back. The bad attitude must come down from the top, as nobody cares enough to return my calls or emails.

On May 18th at approximately 7pm, my husband and I decide to have dinner at your restaurant Texas Roadhouse for the first time. We had been anxiously waiting to have dinner there since it had opened up a few weeks ago. It was my husband’s 30th birthday weekend and so I decide to treat ourselves then as an early birthday dinner. As usual, we knew it was going to be a wait to be seated but we were able to find two seats at the bar. We asked one of the bartenders if we could have dinner at the bar, he replied yes. We sat down; he introduced himself and asked us what we wanted to drink. We asked for two bud lights and menus. We sat there for 5, 10, 15mins and the bartender wouldn’t even look at us. He was taking orders from other people and NEVER got back to us. After about 20-25 minutes, we were extremely irritated and honestly pissed off. We have dinner all the time at multiple locations throughout Fresno and we have never experienced such bad service. (All three bartenders where not working together and where all over the place.) Given that we were not going to be treated well, we walked out and decided to go back to our usual spot, Tahoe Joe’s across the street. Unfortunately, we do not plan on going back and just wanted to let you know about the bad service we received, if it means anything to you!!

I work at the Texas Roadhouse in Gainesville Ga and I just just want to say that it isn't very fair that we don't gratuitize in our store. Our manager has the option but just won't. It's pathetic that some of us walk out with 5 dollars from a party of 20. The people that come in just won't tip correctly regardless of the service we give. I also think it's inconsiderate of this certain head manager to not allow us to add gratuity to the checks. It is pathetic when no one that works there wants to take parties.

Barely adequate food due to excessive salt on everything. I had to scrape the salt off of my steak to salvage it. I was talking with my family about how salty everything was and their food was just as salty. One of the employees overheard and asked what was wrong. I told her that the food was so salty that I had to scrape the salt off of my steak to make it etible. She made some excuses that the steak must be too close to my potato that had salt on it. Really? Well why did the cook put a layer of salt on my potato when I specifically said, "No salt."

Went to Texas Roadhouse in Marietta Georgia last night. We had a party of 12 for my sister 52nd birthday. I did call ahead seating an hour and half before we got there. They told us they couldn't seat us until everything got there. That we understood. But, when I told them we were all there they continued seating everyone as they walked in the door. I told them we didn't have to be at one table two tables would be fine. 30 minutes after we were all there (and it was before the actual seating time I had called in)I asked the hostess not only was she very rude but said they were cleaning the tables. 20 minutes later asked her again and she said sorry there are no tables. Finally we got a manager. The manager said it would be 10 to 15 minutes more. So we told her never mind we were leaving. As we were telling her that another party of 12 girls were being seated that had been waiting for 15 minutes. I pointed that out very nicely to the manager and said goodbye. The manager followed us out the door and promised she would get us a table immediatly. They did seat us and the waiters were awesome! The manager and assistant manager on duty gave us 4 appetizers on the house, gave us $5 off our next visit. They appologized over and over and said they did reprimand the hostesses. Once we were seated the waiters and management went out of their way to make sure everything was good. Texas Roadhouse is my favorite place but now I don't know if I really want to go back just because of the hostess. They really need to be replaced.

I have e-mailed our local Texas Roadhouse and never got a response. I have gone on face book and again ditto....one simple response would have made me think they gave a damn. I do realize "hair" is my phobia with food, they sat us behind the greeters desk and all we watched was the girls twiddling, twrilling and playing constantly with their hair then grabbing the rolls to seat the customers. Come on, you make the bus boys wear hats, how about the girls tie hair back and learn hygiene. We have absolutely no complaints on the food or service. This is the Sicklerville, NJ Texas Roadhouse. Thank you

We ate our your Sioux Falls SD restaraunt. The food was excellent but that was far from our problem. We had called 2 months in advance to see if they could accomidate our group of 20 for a birthday party. We were told no problem. This was for a 50th birthday party for a friend. Her husband made the arrangements first thing saturday morning per the managers request from the previous phone call. We all arrived there and went in, had a 6:15 - 6:30 reservation. At first they seated 8 people of our group, then 5, then 3, then us. This is where problems arose. They were going to put us on the other side of the building away from the group. I refused their seating and asked to be moved closer to the group. After all we were together. There was a table in this room NOT being used but since there were only 4 of us we didnt qualify because it was for a group of 6. By now I am becoming very frustrated, it was now 6:45. One of the groups got sat away from all of us. Finally, we got a booth near the main group of them. Manager insisted he seat us after the waitress had gotten all of our silverware and was taking us back. Ok, so now we are seated and ordered our meal BEFORE the first 8 had ordered, and we had our food in front of us when they got their salads. Waitress was there to remove the dishes as soon as you got the last bite off of the plate and low and behold the bill was soon to follow. Felt like I was in a school lunch room. Eat that food and get out of here. Needless to say we took our time and the minute I left the booth everything was cleaned up and new people sat down .. good thing I grabbed my coat and purse. Sioux Falls has many nice places to enjoy the company of friends and your not rushed out the door like cattle. I dont think we will ever return there. Your manager was an a$$. Its actions like this that gives a place a bad name. Obviously your not there for people to enjoy your establishment your there for the almighty dollar as fast as you can get it.

My husband and I eat at the Trexlertown Pa. location often and our experiences are usually very good until 4/9/12. It started when we got sat at our table, our plates were filthy, my husband's plate had Buffalo sauce on it and mine had some kinda black stuff on it. We told the waitress and she quickly got us new plates. She than took our order. My husband ordered the "Boneless Buffalo Wings" and I ordered the "Chicken Critters" with a loaded baked potato and a Cesar salad. I proceeded to grab a piece of the bread that was placed on our table when we were sat, it had a chemical taste to it so I didn't continue eating it and didn't bother the waitress about it. My Cesar salad was placed on the table and I noticed that the dressing seemed to have these yellow bits of something that resembled egg yolk in it. I picked around it as best as I could. My main concern was with the main course, I pulled my "Chicken Critter" apart and it was pink, so I checked them all and they were all pink! Needless to say I did not eat anything on my plate for fear of getting a food borne illness. My husbands food was fine. We told the waitress and she said she would take it off the check. She gave us our check after saying "that was a little unacceptable"! A little? We proceeded to leave. No manager came to our table to apologize, I was appalled at the lack of common courtesy and neglect for our situation. I wrote to them that night, and was ignored as I was at the restaurant. I do not know who the manager is but I find it extremely unprofessional that I spend my hard earned money to go out and enjoy myself and this is the experience I encounter. I have told my friends of this and it has turned them all off to go here. I am hoping something is done, not for me, but, the unsuspecting patrons who do not which to get a food borne illness or ridiculously poor service.

I love, love, love Texas Roadhouse, but lately since we have been going there, the music is sooooooo loud you can't even hold a conversation with the people you are with. You have to scream for them to hear you. Everybody around us were all talking loud just so they can hear, so with the music and people talking really loud, it made for a not so enjoyable night. I actually had a head ache when I came out of the place. Why can't the music be turned down so people can enjoy themselves and not have to shout? I know I won't be going back for awhile because I hate the loud music. We even asked our waitress why it was so loud and her comment was " Well the older people complain mostly because they wear hearing aids so it bothers them, but the younger people don't say anything." I thought that was rude because a lot of older people just don't like music so loud that you have to scream to be heard and the younger people are the ones half deaf because of the way they listen to music now. The food was awesome, service was great, but the music loudness SUCKED!!!...

Usually have a FANTASTIC dining experience at the Lexington,Ky location. However todays lunch ordeal was less than expected! A friend and I ordered the pulled pork dinner with salad. The salad came out. That was fine. Then immediately someone brings out our entree. Our waitress was very sorry and offered to take it to the back to keep warm but I knew that meant under the heat lamps. Decided to keep it. Then the manager on duty Britany came over and apologzed and offered to get us new entrees when we were ready. Sounds good so far. When our food arrived it was the exact same plates of food only they put sauce on the pulled pork. We knew this because my friends sweet potatoe already had the cinnamon butter MIXED in just like it was when they took it. Britany never came back and avoided us. Also the waitress never came by and asked how our food was and never asked if we wanted dessert or anything. I guess she knew we were going to say something. Nevertheless I was disgusted by the way we were treated.

I would like to let you know of the very poor service we got on our last visit. When we got there we where told it would be a 10 minute waite, 10 minutes expanded into 45. My husband ordered the steak tips with a salad and baked potato. The salad never came, when the server brought out our meals, I asked her if he was going to get his salad, all she could say was, "oh, it never came out"?. Not even an apology, she said she would bring another, ANOTHER! when the he never got one at all. He told her he did not want it now, he wanted it before the meal. She told him she would box it up to send it home with him. REALLY?. When the meal was done, we still had food left, she asked if we wanted boxes. I told her yes, she brought one box, my husband landed up wraping his in the wax paper that comes in the bread basket.

Attended Hiram, Ga location for a party that I contacted management about three days in advance as well as two and a half hours before arrival time as requested by "Nick". Arrived five minutes before time and still had to wait for 10-15 minutes (no problem...this was a huge party). It took forever for our food to arrive, there were several mistakes made on orders...i.e. missing side items, pork chops not fully cooked, wrong food, etc. To top it off, getting our tickets for payment was another joke....total mayham! My mother was asked "five" different times on "five" different occassions if she order a "country fried steak". Another waitress, rudely decided to point her finger, yell, and become totally irate with someone in our party. So much so, her other co-workers had to pull her into the kitchen area. The police were called on us as if we had done something wrong....this place needs a serious over haul of management and employees. What kind of family establishment allows an employee to become irate with customers!

The Roadhouse in Wv is awful..Not only is there hair in my food and then when my husbands food was an 1hr. late He was told the kitchen staff ate his dinner because it sat for too long... Really folks, is how you run a resturant. Not to mention, the Managers are nasty, nasty people and do not treat their employees with any respect. We will never eat there again..

I took my kids ( Cody 10 and Madison 5) to the Clearview Mall TEXAS ROADHOUSE in Butler Pa for Valentines dinner. My wife Kathy had to work and could not join us. My kids love it there with all the animals ,nice service ,good food ,and most of all to them you throw your peanut shells on the floor. We were waiting on our food and my son said wouldn't this be a funny commercial have a big bucket of peanuts like m and m guys all crammed in a bucket scared seeing their friends pulled out and one says to the other I cant take it anymore Reggie I'm outta here climbs up on the rim and hops onto floor. I laughed at him but really think a commercial could be designed from that idea. that would be an awesome and catchy commercial with a lot of possibilities for sales.. maybe the best idea I have ever heard and my 10 yr old thought of it in little old butler pa. we love your restaurant take care Roger Hall Slippery Rock, Pa rogerhall01@Yahoo.com

We visited the Texas Roadhous location on Scatterfield Road in Anderson, Indiana on November 27, 2011. In my group were my wife, 2 daughters, and son-in-law, and my self. My complaint is not about the quality of the food, nor the expediency of the service. When it came time to pay for our food, my Bill came to $94.76 so I added to make the total $102.00 noted on my receipt, and paid for it with my Visa business card. When I get my statement from Visa, I was shocked to see a charge for $112.00, $10 dollars more than I had authorized. I called and spoke to an assistant manager,[asked for the manager, but was refused]and she said that she would send me a $30 Gift Card, [All I wanted was a $10 credit back on my Visa] What she sent me was a Savings Certificate for $30 only valid at THAT LOCATION. I live 118 miles from there, so the way I see it, THEY STOLE MY $10, GAVE ME A BOGUS CERTIFICATE, I WON'T USE, TOO FAR AWAY, HOPE THEY CAN LIVE WITH IT, CAUSE I WON'T BE BACK!

the texas roadhouse at I 240 & service road was a great place to eat. But with the recent change in managment the entire store is in a mass state of total confussion. The new store manager is from TGI Fridays. And appears to have no manager skills. The new kitchen manager does not know how to run the kitchen. He also does not know how to order food for the store. Being a regular diner. We have noticed they are on a daily basis running out of steaks, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, fries, salad dressings. He has made statements where customers can hear, that customer service is not that important.Appearance doesn't matter just sent the food out. Belittling the staff where customers can hear what is being said and to whom it is being said to.This kitchen manager (Chad) should be aware that customer service is EVERYTHING. And then there is (Chris) he spends more time flirting and visiting with the waitresses. Even when there are customers at tables waiting to be served. So we don't know what his job is supposed to be.But then again what about customer service? This store will quickly lose regular diners and staff will jump a sinking ship.So where is the district manager or area supervisor when clearly this store needs managment to step in and take charge? We would like to see this restaurant go back to being a great place to eat again.

Texas Roadhouse is my place of choice no matter where i am throughout America. I can pick anything on the menu and know it is good. However, the side choices for your meals more specifically the vegetables need to be larger portioned. A dessert dish of vegetables is to small needs more. The vegetables offered are excellent and full of flavor but a disappointment to see the waitress bring out the meal sets it in front of you on a nice plate then the small dessert dish of vegetables set next to the plate. Again, I love Texas Roadhouse throughout America my pick of choice for restaurant. Excellent food. loyal customer Paul Smith
