We have been dinging at the Ashland,Ky location for over 15 years and nearly always had a reasonably pleasant experience. We were considered VIP because we were there every Friday for at least 10 years. I am now concerned about the quality of food at this location. EXAMPLE 1: This evening I ordered the roast chicken, as I have numerous times over the years, but this time it was extremely pink inside and had blood dripping from the bone(I made them take it back and ordered something else). EXAMPLE 2: Last week ordered meals to go for family, one of which was "road kill", I have ordered this dozens of times and it has always been great. This time it was the same as the hamburger(exactly same). I called to see if they had changed the meat. Manager Mike said no. There was definitely a difference. It was downgraded. I will not order the roast chicken or road kill again if this is the standard by which Texas Roadhouse has now adopted. I will also rethink of dining choices in the future.

Salad was hot and wilted. Ordered prime rid rare, got it well done. when i tried to talk to the manager, he was rude, and hung up on me. This was after trying to reach him for three days. This was at the Blue Springs location in Missouri. I guess anyone can manage a Texas Road House. Will not go back, ever.

I took my aunt to dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Montgomery, Alabama. I ordered the grilled salmon, garden salad, sweet potato. The waitress brought a caesar salad out then she totally forgot the salad I ordered. I discoverd that my salmon was raw in rhe middle. When I informed the waitress, she assumed I wanted another but I told her I did not want another one. The waitress brought a check for the salad. I told her I was not paying for it because my food was under cooked. The manager came out and said the salad is separate and my fish was cooked right. He was unprofessional, rude, ignorant and has a big mouth. I will never go back to that tacky place. He is under educated because he interrupted me when I was talking and could not admit they made a mistake.

This is the third time filling this out. First two didn't show up! We went to the Texas Roadhouse in Aurora, Co on 7/10/2012 First the call ahead seating promo is a BIG JOKE! Never got what we asked for, the employees are very rude and could care less about the customers! I complained to the manager after we had to call him to our booth which was supposed to be a table. He was walking the area but totaly ignored us! He admitted the call ahead promo wasn't working right! Well that did us alot of good. The food wasn't that great for the PRICE! We were celebrationg two birthdays, which was ruined! We have gone to this location for the last nine years to celebrate our birthdays. WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT!. It is amazing how things have changed! Won't be back, I am sure they care! Lets see if this one gets posted!

My family always comes into the Roadhouse in Durham NC and usually its great experience but on this monday we had all kinds of problems. One being the waitress looked as if she had a hang over didnt care about her appearance AT ALL, silverware was dirty along with napkins it was a complete waste of my daughters 13th birthday(Because they forgot to bring the bday dessert and sing and she was so excited about that)The manager was a large black man and he was more interested in flirting with staff than to greet the tables. I will NEVER bring my family nor friends back again and will be posting a BLOG about this.

I just went to your location in Westland, Mi and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had while out dining. We arrived at the restaurant at around 2:45 and we were served our drinks and appetizers. Then we waited for two hours before we decided we just wanted to leave. I was furious. No one ever asked us anything. Once we left I called back to the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. My steak wasn't cooked nearly the way I wanted it and it was partially cold. The manager (Scott) didn't believe me and have me a hard time. I said I would bring tr food back and wanted a refund. He then refused to give me my refund and said he could give me a certificate for next time. I don't plan on ever coming back and I don't want a certificate. I want my money back. You need to really check on this problem. You will hear from me again until I receive my full refund.

The short and sweet is grand junction co Texas roadhouse sucks the have totally goe down hill with new managment and keep getting worse tried three times since the new managment started and won't go back and have been a customer for 14 plus years.

My name is Bryan Melvin Taylor! Im originally from columbia, sc and have been in anderson for going on three years! i have only worked at texas roadhouse for two year and have finally decided that today is my last day! I was originally hired by heather davis, and km troy! Now since, Mrs. davis is gone and they have sent in new managers like scott who is km, jasmine for service manager and tammy as gm/managing partner! since new managment has come in that place has fell apart. i have seen sevice manager and gm getting rude with customers left and right! I have seen scott the kitchen manager being bias and discrimnate toward me, due to the fact of his wife working there! he has given her more hours and more pay than i have recieved in my two years working their! they show favortism and promote double standards! and not to mention that they have almost completely ran off an entire staff but have no clue why they cant keep employees. I am informing corporate that i am a black male who is 29 years old with a family and also a full time student at tri county technical college who graduates in december! they have spent ample amounts of money on equipment that does not need to be replaced! if you dont know who i am ask lisa or larry! i have been the most dedicated worker for roadhouse and have took all i can! I have ask for a raise and evaluation since have been there for two years and they still dont recognize my value to the company! I promoted 100 percent teamwork and legendary service! People who have been there 3 to 6 months have recieved raises more hours and make what im making at 9 dollars per hour! The moral in this store is so low. When corporate come in the building all managers get nervous because they are not doing there job! candice holmes quit on them because they promise her a raise and had her doing orientations and head wait< doing all comp off to corporate, counting all money and doing all training, while tammie, jasmine and scott are doing nothing! Sam sanders is akm, i would work for him any day of the week! He should be recognize for his hard work! For so long i have tried to stay and work there but have finally got fed up due to ur managers racial attiudes, and lack of concern for any employee or guest especially toward me. and this type of issue is to not be tolerated in the texas today!!!! yea right!!! if yall need to take to me or my lawyer my number is 803-543-0932!

Texas Roadhouse advertises that they will do fundraiser nights for your non-profit organization. We booked one for our American Cancer Society Relay for Life team and it was in March. We brought them lots of business that night and the manager told us we raised $100 for the American Cancer Society. They said it takes 2-3 weeks to get the check. Well it is 3 months later and I don't have a check for the American Cancer Society yet. The manager keeps checking on it with the home office, who keeps saying it has been mailed. They supposedly mailed it twice to the wrong address and were sending it to the correct address on June 6. Today is June 18 and still no check. The post office may be slow but it's NOT THAT SLOW. Don't hold a fundraiser at Texas Roadhouse. Your non-profit organization will never see the check. We won't eat there again, they are dishonest.

Called ahead 1/2 hour in advnace. Got there and was over-looked for a table for one hour. People came and went before we even got seated. This was not my first problem with them. I think it's time to find a new place. Food was great, service was frantastic. Front desk terrible!!

On 6/1/12 my familly was moving to our new home in Marana, AZ so we had placed a to go order. After taking my concerns to a shift mgr regarding missing items from our order. This young man rudely acknowledged our order and took our information saying we would be compensated for missing items which we had payed for! After two weeks without so much as a phone call I followed up with the GM Stephanie only to be called a lier. Needless to say I WILL FOREVER SPREAD MY DISDAIN FOR TEXAS ROAD HOUSE!!! I will never spend my money at Texas Road House!

To loud inside. Can't even communicate the order to the waitress, have to point on the menu. The floor is filthy. The greeters at the door very rude. Will not go there again.

If there were 0 stars I would give them that. They are one of the worst companies to work for. Having said that, at my old restaurant, two of the managers were fired for sexual harassment, and many other things. One of the servers was promoted to 'service manager' in the interim and was basically the 'leader', at which she did a poor job. Then corporate decided to throw us a few other managers, who they then moved. Finally, we got a manager from Chili's, who is not following corporate's rules. Several people were fired without any justification, which you can do, but is just bad business. The whole organization at this restaurant needs to be examined by corporate. It is one big mess and right now I hope it goes bankrupt before I have to sue.

MY FAMILY DINED AT TEXAS ROADHOUSE IN HARVEY, LA. WE HAVE ATE THERE ON A WEEKLY SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN OPENED. JUNE 9, 2012, WAS THE WORST DINNER WE HAVE EVER HAD. MY HUSBAND LIKES TO GET DESSERT BEF0RE DINNER, WHEN MAKING OUR ORDER THE WAITRESS ASKED WAS HE SURE, HE ANSWERED YES, KIMBERLY, (OUR WAITRESS) NEVER BROUGHT 0UT THE PIE. AFTER ABOUT 30 MINUTES OUR DINNER CAME OUT, COLD I MIGHT ADD. KIMBERLY CAME BACK TO TABLE, HE POINTED OUT HE NEVER RECEIVED PIE, SHE CARELESSLY SAID OH NO, DO YOU STILL WANT, MY HUSBAND TOLD HER AT THIS POINT UPSET, I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED IF I DID NOT WANT, SHE ASKED IF HE STILL WANTED DINNER, BEFORE HE COULD ANSWER IN ALL THIS CONFUSION, SHE HAD TAKEN HIS DINNER ALONG WITH MY CHILD'S MAC AND CHEESE. WE ASKED FOR MANAGER ONCE SHE WALKED OFF WITH DINNER. ABOUT 20 MINS PASS NO MANAGER. WE ASKED ONCE HE AGAIN FOR MANAGER, AFTER ABOUT 5 MINS, HE CAME BUT WAS NOT MUCH HELP, HIS NAME WAS BILL, HE MADE EXCUSES FOR WAITRESS BUT DID SAY HE WOULD SEND PIE. WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD TAKE DINNER TO GO, MEANTIME WAITRESS COMES WITH OUR RECEIPT, SHE SLAMS ON TABLE AND STATES THE MANAGER WITH BRING MEAL ONCE IT IS READY. AT THIS POINT I DO NOT WANT FOOD, I GO TO GET MANAGER AND WHEN I TELL HE WHAT HAPPEN HE IS STILL MAKING EXCUSES FOR WAITRESS, I TELL HIM TO CHARGE FOR WHAT WE DID HAVE WHICH WAS OUR SODA AND WE DO NOT WANT ANYTHING, HE HAD NO CARE. DO NOT CARE TO GO THERE AGAIN ANYTIME TO SOON.

I take my wife on her birthday and mine for the last 8 to 10 years boy the food is good I only got 2 stakes I sent back. we go there about 6 times a year. on the birthdays thay sing happy birthday my wife likes that she 81 years young. today no singing BAD BAD.

Our family eats at least two to three times a month at the Chesterfield location in Michigan. After tonight it will be no more. My steak the 10oz Fort Worth Rib eye was ordered medium rare the outside was seared but the inside was raw and cold. The waitress did offer to recook it but I don’t trust food going back because of the attitude of our waitress, who knows how my food would have been handled. A manager offered to recook it but 20 minutes after being served the rest of my family was more than half way through with there meals so I brought my meal home to cook myself. For that the manager took 4.94 off of our 90.54 bill. Our server: table 334/1 Renea began staring at my family and me to the Pointe that it was uncomfortable, along with the rest of the workers she had been talking to. I have always loved Texas roadhouse and now I will go were my order will be taken care of and I won’t feel uncomfortable by some young waitress and her coworkers. My money means allot to me but not to Texas Roadhouse I will not be intimidated by some young waitress or manager who would allow such actions to happen.

I'm a retired military veteran and I want everyone to know how disgusted I'm with the new Texas Roadhouse in Sheridan Colorado which just opened in May. This corporation claims to be pro-military, but I have some serious concerns that this is not true. My son recently separated from the Air Force Reserves and applied at this restaurant during the application process. He was told oh yes we love military veterans. Well after going through 3 interviews with no negativity on any of them he was told no he wouldn't be hired as they were looking for the most experienced people. My son's job in the Air Force was in the services field which consisted of cooking and was all service related. He also had worked at two restaurants previously. With all the unemployed vets looking for work this is totally unacceptable. These men and women sacrifice so much for us and places like Texas Roadhouse seem to be more interested in hiring young people,i.e high school kids. Maybe it's just this one store, but I will never step foot in one of these restaurants again. The manager of this Texas Roadhouse should be ashamed! If your pro-military boycott this restaurant.

i've workd at the texas roadhouse in springfield,mass and has 2 b da worst restuarant i've ever worked at da yelling at people calling them garbage instead of training the employees the correct way in meeting texas roadhouse expectations. I don't feel at home or welcomed wen i go in for my shift. I really think the name calling needs to stop cause you're in a position where you can't say anything or u will lose your job its a lose lose sitiuation. I won't lie i love the job i want to advance 1 day but i cant if i'm not trained the correct way. When bk shows himself they act like managers but wen he isnt there its a joke the managers are not who they pretend 2 b. A perfect example is i know this guy that works there got his charger stolen from inside his backpack which was in the managers office he asked every1 have they seen it no one had an answer 4 him so he brought it to three managers attention and they acted like they were 2 busy 2 check it was not busy we were closin within the hour n they yelled at him and threathened to send him home clocked him out and then punched him back in when the kitchen manager stated he didnt want to clean the rib grill. That is what we all deal with when the managers don't want 2 do the job they are positioned to. Another incident was a boys mother had and a heart attack half way in the shift but was 2 scared to confront a manager cause he didnt want 2 lose his job no one should ever feel like that he called me as soon as he found out and was sent home cause the manager felt he was angry for no reason but if someone was off their game i feel u should talk to them pull them to the side or the office not in front of people and see wat the problem is and see what u can do to make some changes if necessary I wish this problem will be solved soon cause we all feel for this guy and keeping his family in our prayers spirits are suppose to be lifted here at the roadhouse not put down please please look in to this please i begging cause there are a lot of hard workers that are being overlooked cause the managers dont see the good but only when a mistake happens no ones perfect. I do my best everyday i'm scheduled and i just want to smile again going to work

Texas Roadhouse Columbus, GA I usually love this place and the great customer service. The last time I went, we were a party of six. The place wasn't crowed at all, then I had to ask for rolls. When the waitress brought them out, the basket only contained four rolls. So, I had to ask for more rolls since the waitress couldn't count to accomadate the party at the table. The food was ok that day, but I don't think I will go back. Also, my friend just went two nights ago, and she had the exact same problem!! You all need to take to your waitressing staff before you loose more customers!!
