Bad Service

Customer for 20 years. Keep getting pushed to a sprint store and calling Sprint Service unable to keep my discount. This is the worst service I ever seen, surprised there still in business

Virgin Mobile

Sprint owns Virgin Mobile and they are one and the same. I have just had an experience with their customer service representatives (7 of them!) that was borderline criminal. They absolutely do lie to you and apparently steal your money. I am without a phone and out $60 bucks. I was looking at my online statement right in front of me as multiple reps insisted that the charge was never made. I was told to wait 2-4 hours for a response. That was 20 hours ago. They simply do not give a damn. Oh, and good luck understanding the broken English which adds to the frustration!

Virgin Mobile/Sprint/Nextel

This (these) companies are holding $335.15 of my money which supposedly was to pay for service. However, they cut off my phone on March 30, 2013 stating "lack of funds". They lied about that and also lied about my credit card having a problem (which they later rescinded)because I could prove them wrong. These companies want to keep what to them must be a small amount of my money. I suppose they have either spent it or doled it out to employees.

What a ripoff

Customer service is a joke. they have literally ripped me off $129.00 and looks like nothing I can do about it.

Shut Sprint down

Sprint needs to be shut down. After what I dealt with tonight I am so done with them. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been with Sprint for over 4 years, and I called with a dimple problem. That turned into over an hour on the phone, calling them 4 separate times because I kept getting cut off when they tried to transfer me to a different department. Well by the time I got to someone who actually treated me like a human being, she said the hours for the department I was trying to call just ended, so I have to start all over again tomorrow. I am so glad to be forever done with Sprint. T-mobile has been amazing so far, and cheaper! I think we need to spread the word and get Sprint put out of business.

Solution for Sprint complaints!

I found that with enough calls to Sprint customer service they will eventually give in to reasonable demands, even when they say initially they can't do anything to correct. It will take many phone calls, and even being rude at times, but they seem to have a rule that after a certain number of calls they automatically make the necessary account corrections. So, just keep calling and be persistent. Also, I spoke with a former employee who confirmed this is a standard practice.

Fantastic Service

I asked a number of service reps to help me, but all of them said "it can't be done." Then today I tried again and was fortunate enough to make contact with a fantastic service rep (first name Beshae). Her immediate supervisor is Leon and he was also good help. If all your service people were as determined and adept at solving problems, you would have the best service organization in the country.

Evaluation

Pathetic. I've never had to deal with such ignorant people in my life. Sprint is a thief in the dark and they have no customer service dept.-it's the customer abuse department. But hey, they know how to cut off your phone if you're a day late. By the way...I'm a 12-year long customer and yes I've realized that I have been a S&M victim during that period. I switched to Verizon....it's early, but they seem to give a damn about any issue you may have.

Never again

This will be my last go round with these jokers. I refuse to accept this service anymore. They lie about coverage. LTE is never going to happen. Don't waste your time with an Iphone 5 from these losers.

I dont even know where to begin....i could go on ALL day. To sum it up, no "4g" , steal your money, absolutely horrible customer service, dropped calls, not receiving texts or calls, no service, roaming when im in my own home. this service is a joke

Customer Service is HORRIABLE

11 year customer, I thought by writing a physical letter to Sprint Corporate Offices, I would get a reasonable response from their Customer Service Department. I couldn't have been more wrong. I won't get into the verbiage used by the Sprint Executive & Regulatory Service Analyst, but lets say I thought I was speaking to a 5th grader. I realized very quickly that Customer Loyalty is not something Sprint takes seriously. So I will complete my two year agreement with Sprint, then look for another carrier.

Flat out liars

I cannot believe that Sprint finally failed me as a company. We have been with Sprint for 7 years now,and just BARELY started having problems. I will try the coporate office in Irvine,hopefully they will take into account all the recent problems employees are causing for the company.

I was lied to me

I was told my first bill would be around 140-150 for the first month, then was charged 2 months on my first bill. I'm on ssi and can't financially afford it. I don't see why I can't pay the period ending on may 27, 2013 in june like I was told I could, so it would only be 1 month charge on each bill. Every operator told me it be 140, maybe 150, never 2 months in 1 bill. I was lied to.

they steal your money

they sent me 3 phones back in nov 2012 because they said my was bad, and that I needed to return them, and they got 2 out 3 but never got the 3rd one and charged me 545 dollars been fighting since jan 2013, as I will not pay another penny till I get that money, I dropped them in the mail box and they don't care what it is, or anything

What happened to customer service

I went to complain about service at the Gilroy, Ca store I was laughed at and told to go sign Il with ATT or Verizon or any other service. I depend on this phone for jobs when I have bad service I don't get jobs. I have been told for 3-4 weeks they are upgrading the towers. How long does it take to Il grade a tower? I Mr. Jesse cares he will call me but I don't think he cares he is so Hugh up it doesn't bother him.

The worse service I have ever recieved from any company I have delt with. The manager at the store I signed up at is a liar. Then tey to get help from there coustomer servise is pathitic. They have no working numbers at the corporate level so your pretty much out of luck I would never recommend them to anyone

nextel shut down

sprint forced us to change to sprint from Nextel. we have been a Nextel customer for over 10 years. the first day on sprint with no service sprint refused to switch us back until they fix the problem as promised. They sold good and services that were not available in my area but Nextel was. they lied to us

Service Outage Atlanta

I have 2 phones on Boostmobile, we have had no service at our home location, Norcross, Ga. 30092 for 8 days. We have called Boost support 3 times and they say that Sprint is "upgrading" the cell tower. They have given us 2 different dates all missed, when the problem would be corrected. They say it is Sprint's problem. We will have to terminate 2 services within 2 days if not corrected.
