your survey site is a joke. by the time i would have purchased everything i am supposed to I would be broke. your staff should be instructed to put appropriate portions in the servings. the other nite i think i saw a bit of clam in my clam alfredo fettucini which was buried in cheese sauce. i go to Red Lobser alot, but lately it has been disappointing..

My wife and I went to Red Lobster in Dallas yesterday. We went for the shrimp special, all you can eat. Well the shrimp were very small but good. The sticking point was when we reordered it took 15 minutes to get the next order, same the second time. They start you out with two kinds, after that you have to order one kind at a time. The orders are small and the time getting your next order takes so long we had to leave because of the time factor. Not a good deal at 9.99 much less 14.95. want be back

If there was an option for below "O" rating that would be the one I would pick. I went to Red Lobster in Orange Village, OH. Me and my boyfriend was celebrating his 50th birthday, a very special ocassion. We arrived there around 10:15pm, we waited about a half an hour at the bar. When they seated us the bench had some kind of greasy food on it which got all over my hand. Not a good experience. We ordered appetizers which took a while to come to our table but we waited patiently. Our food also took a while. I ordered the Ultimate Feast and had to wait for them to bring out my crab legs separate from the rest of the food. That took about 20 minutes, again we patiently waited. As I was finishing my dinner and putting my left overs into a container to take home, the manager whose name is Matt, approached me and said "Ma'am are you done because we are closed" he continued to say it's 12:10am and we close at 12:00am. I was offended because if I can take the time to wait for you to serve me, you can wait for me to finish eating my dinner. And besides that I am a paying customer I deserve the best service. Matt even raised his voice as if he was upset that he had to stay 10 minutes longer to wait for us to finish eating. Anybody living in the Cleveland, Ohio area should not visit this particular Red Lobster as the service is "THE WORST".

Any paying attention to the current advertising for "endless shrimp?" It says "as much as you want, any way you want," both on their website and on television ads. Well don't expect to ACTUALLY be able to do that when you get to the restaurant. It is a limited menu with specific shrimp dishes they have chosen. Walt's Fried Shrimp is not on the list, neither is the Coconut Shrimp. Not much truth in their advertising. i did complain last year to their corporate office as the Parrot Bay Coconut Shrimp was ACTUALLY SHOWN in the television advertising for this event. I went into the restaurant first and pull up the ad on my phone and played it. Didn't matter. They didn't care. Corporate cared enough to send me a note that admitted nothing just apologizing that I was disappointed with my restaurant experience and included two $10 gift certificates. Really annoying that they continue to show these patently misleading advertisements. And has anyone else noticed that the salads are now tiny little diced peices of veggies, and it is topped with shredded cheese. Never had cheese before, not in the 30 plus years I have been eating there. The pictures on the website don't show diced either. I asked at the restaurant and was told it was their "NeW" salad and was very popular. If I want to eat confetti I will drop a head of lettuce in a food processor and save my money.

we went to the Red Lobster in Jonesboro, Ar. It was horrible, service was poor. The food quality was microwave at best. I ordered a margarita before dinner and had to give it back because it wasn't mixed well at all. I won't be back.

We went to Rockland county restaurant and ordered the $14.99 endless spring special. You can only order 1 shrimp at at time but by the time you order another 5 shrimps it took them 30 minutes to bring out the other shrimp. There is nothing endless about it. That special is not a good special at all. They did said they was going to give me a gift card so we will see what they are going to do.

No stars for this one .. I took 5 guest to Red Lobster in Columbia ,MD When we arrived we were told there was a wait of 45 to 60 minutes. While my guest were waiting I walked into the seating area and counted 26 empty tables...When we did get seated the bad experience continued. It took ten minutes to get a drink. when dinner came one of my guest ordered whine it arrived after we all finished dinner. I made the mistake of ordering the Endless Shrimp...I asked for more and it came 5 minutes after everyone was finished eating. This 0 Star experience was on Labor Day. Why advertise a special if you don't have the staff to serve it? Then this morning Two of my guest called to tell me they were both sick. Red Lobster has big problems in Columbia, Maryland With unemployment as high as it is they can't hire enough staff to sere their guest. On the other hand if they had more staff to sere more guest then more could have become ill

Lawton, ok. Had to wait 40-45 mins. Lots of empty tables ever were. Just By looking around seam place is very under staff and disorganized. I can under stand remodeling but don't use the same excuse. Management needs to look at who he or she gives the day off. To other restaurants this would not happen , there is no reason for 30 to 40 people standing around

WE WENT TO RED LOBSTER IN BURLINGTON, NC. ARRIVED AT 6:00 PM. IT WAS A BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. WAITED TILL 7:00 AND GOT A TABLE FOR 8 AND A 2 YR OLD. JACKIE OUR SERVER TOOK OUR ORDER. BROUGHT OUT OUT SALAD AND BISCUITS AND WATER. WAITED A 1 HR. 1/2 AND STLL DID NOT GET OUR FOOD. WE WERE ASKING FOR FOOD EVERY 30 MIN. AND OUR SERVER SAID IT WAS ON ITS WAY WE FINALLY WALKED OUT OF THE RESTAURANT. MY GRAND DAUGHTER DID NOT GET ANY FOOD. WE ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED AND SAID THEY WERE SORRY. ASKED FOR THE THE TELEPHONE NO TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO RED LOBSTER AGAIN. If I could rate it lower I would. I had a friend come into town from Illinis and was excited to take him to Our Red Lobster in Colonial Heights because what better place for seafood right. WRONG. I have eaten here many times and the service and the food was always terrific but this night August 6th 2012 the waiter staff was awful. where we were seated was crowed with younger people and the staff seemed more interested in co mingling with this group than wait the older couple waiting for service. We finally got menus and ordered drinks which wait time was quiet long after antother wait be got bisquits then or male waiter final stopped by to take our food orer.we order lovster tail and I had salad and my companion order cold shrimp plate. I got my salad about 20 minutes later, still no bisquits, and no food ofcourse. not once were asked about more to drink finally our food came and I about passed out. lobster tails, as shown on tv advertisments , are plate sized affairs with white meat puffed at the top, right, not these plates. they had something on both sliced in have about four inches long and and flat in a shell. the bisquits were next to arrive and the shrimp not as shown in menu! there were six small shrimp were the picture showed 12. and the bill for this fesco was over fourty dollars. Why do you bother having TVs in your bar area and not have VOLUME? People sitting at the bar would like to hear the games. You also might increase your regular after five office crowd if you did this. Just a suggestion. Its not like Red Lobster is some Benihana or something. It would behoove u to let ur bartenders have a reason for working for you. They can't make money only serving people on a 'wait'.

I have always loved Red Lobster-it is about my most favorite place to go. Please Please open one up in Summerlin, Nevada!. I can promise you it will always be packed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Red Lobster in St. Petersburg, Florida is customer service dyfunctional. We waited 30 minutes for a table, took the waitress about 5 minutes to greet us and 15 munutes to get biscuits and starter course. The all you can eat is really one course, it takes about 20 minutes to get refills...(shrimp). However, the check comes promptly a sign that they want you out in a hurry. AK

O Red Lobster, What a mess we had experinced on friday the 17 the day of my wife's birthday. We go here to celebraite her birthday and this is what happend. My wife and I and our 3yr old wait to be seated and that took normal wait time about 20 min. We get to our seat to wait on our waitress and that was about 10 mins and I was starting to get very upset. So I go and find service from the bar area.Grabing us waters because my wife is pregnat and due anyday now she was thirsty from the wait to get a seat. After all of this my waitress ask if someone was helping us I said no I went the bar to get our drinks and explained how she was pregnat and was thirsty. Now we get the endless shrimp ordered for the both of us and she left and we didnt see her again until our order was done. It was at this point when we heard a out break of noise around the corner and we heard someone say call the cops to the staff. So me and my wife and our 3yr old are seeing people run toward the comotion and activity around the corner. It was at this point I was ready to leave and never come back. We waited for everything to settle down but It never did and after about 10 police cars and 3 arrest and channel 4 tv news had shown up we got our order of the shrimp and it wasn't what my wife order at all. We sent it back and waited again. This is the worst restruant experiance I have ever had in my life and ps: waitress I wanted a pepsi for the drink. We explained this to the staff member and they recommended we contact you because there manager had to do a police report and could not speak with us unless we wanted to wait... NO THANKS red lobster

m not for sure who reads this? But, i'm going to let you know of my awful experience today at Red Lobster in Novi. We arrived at 3:30 to try and beat the crowd. However, we were there for atleast 2-hrs. Our server Jackie was great. She was friendly, sweet, and in my opinion extremely overworked. For awhile she was doing everything. Getting the food, water, and bussing tables- and maintaing a "SMILE" on her face the entire time. Now, for the food. I love Red Lobster. But after tonight, i won't be going back- or atleast not to Novi. we ordered the specials. My mothers chicken was just bad. it had seasonsing that made it terrible. I ordered the coconut shrimp, and grilled shrimp which was spicy. Menu did not state that grilled chicken is spicy- also had a rubber texture to. Like it had been made up hours ahead of time. Coconut...just bad. So, i'm not for sure if these specials you offer are premade or what. They tasted like they had been sitting around for ever....yuck! Trying to pay. Of course our server Jackie, had to do this to. We gave her a $50, 10 gift card, along with a $10 coupon. which then i should have only owed 9.74. they charged me almost $20. on my debit. No, this was not Jackie's fault...whoever cashed it out. This ended by taking a 1/2 hr to fix the problem.. Lastly, before we ordered our dinner we placed a take out order for 2-lobster pizzas. Of course when we got home, it was dried and the crust as hard as a rock. The only thing good was they key lime (which came with our dinner) we brought home, the soup, and salad. This has to be without doubt the worst food we have ever had at Red Lobster. They need more help! AGAIN, AS FOR OUR SERVER JACKIE, SHE IS WHAT KEPT A LOT OF CUSTOMERS HAPPY....YOU SHOULD PRAISE HER FOR THAT!!! Thank you,

We were at red lobster in wayne nj on 46, we made a reservation and still was overlook for 2 hours and wewere coming from a funeral, and i was with my children and grands it was awful, but the one were i live in south carolina was great, havent heard from them yet

The Red lobster s on Annapolis road in Lanham, Maryland has terrible service . My family and I waited in the lobby for nearly 35 minutes . Once seated the waiter took about 10 minutes to greet us , saying they were understaffed and he would get everything as soon as possible. Needless to say the service was poor. The general manager Michele Gagnon ,should work on getting more employees and making sure the restaurant is clean and organized. Some tables had dishes piled and the silverware was not cleaned properly. I do not reccommended anyway to eat here.

Went to the red lobster in Ronkonkoma Ny on Long Island. For an appetizer we ordered crab cakes. I have eaten in many fine restaurants each week since I take people out to corporate lunches all of the time. It was my first time at this location. The crab cakes were like rubber, They were obviously heated in the microwave, which is not supposed to be done in any restaurant. I had a seafood platter whic consisted of a lobster tail, and two different kind of shrimp, and a baked potato. The baked potato had large amounts of salt on the skin and inside of it. So I did not eat it after one bite it tasted as if I was eating a pound of salt. the lobster tail was very rubbery. Not cooked properly, or microwaved just like the rubber crab cake. The salad was ok. I did not complain to the manager as I feel it would have been in poor taset since I was on a corporate business lunch and my guest, only ordered a salad and appetizer's . Needless to say I will not be returning there. The waitress was good, but she did not make my food so I did leaver her a tip. after approx a $73.00 check.
