I went to PANDA EXPRESS on forest drive in COLUMBIA SOUTH CAROLINA. This was my second time eating at the establishment. Yesterday 9/11 me and 3 military officers waited 15 minutes on teriyaki chicken pot stickers and fried rice. Your lobby was very dirty. We asked for napkins the young lady had a very bad attitude. There was no manager on duty. The cooks where singing very loudly. Joking and talking. When I did receive my food the rice was dry and burnt and so was the chicken.

As a vegetarian its always difficult to find food catered to my taste.
I figured with lots of vegetable items in the meat entree's you can maybe cook something for me with some garlic sauce. When I asked if they had other vegetable items they said no.
I don't understand, their menu clearly states
is a dish inspired by the sichuan province in central china prepared with lightly browned tofu, fresh eggplant and diced red bell peppers, tossed in the wok with a sweet and spicy sauce.
every time I go they never seem to have it. I'm sick and tired of it.
I have been to several panda expresses,but the 21st and yale is the very worst!!! they rarely have things in stock. I would say at least 80% time bowls are not restocked I have avoided going by this place.. and today tops it off. will never go here again .. complained to their corporate office and not 1 call back.
I ate at panda on June 10,2014 and i almost died from anaphylactic shock (deadly allergic reaction) and nobody there help me or tried to do anything. A couple days later i went back to get the ingredients in there black peppered chicken to find out what i'm allergic to and he said he couldn't give it to me even thought there was something in his food that almost killed me.
This franchise is poorly run. Since it opened, regardless of the time of day, the servers wait until an item is out before they ask a cook to make more. The server then tells you "it will be five(5) minutes and people end up waiting fifteen(15) minutes. Any evening we walk in and look at items before ordering and end up walking out. Last night there was no Broccoli Beef, Fried Rice and they had no Pot Stickers to prepare. The location is 5458 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Concord, CA Many people come look and leave.
DIA Panda Express! I took a bite it wasn't what I ordered. Took it up to the counter let her know wrong item and I took a bite. The lady dumped my food back into the serving bowls! To go to other customers! Lost my appetite and $9.
I visited Panda Express with my two kids, because it is my 4 year olds favorite restaurant. We ordered our food, sat down, and began eating. After just a few bites, my 14 year old daughter found cooked ladybugs in her chow mien. We showed the bugs to the cashier, and she showed them to the other employees. She said that it must be from the vegetables. We lost our appetite, so we threw our food away and left. I can't help but to wonder; how many ladybugs we've eaten at Panda Express.
I got VERY bad food poisoning from the orange chicken in Mesa, AZ restaurant.
Raw chicken in the Kung pao... I've been violently ill for last 36 hours at emergency care right now.. They should be sued and I am notifying the health dept

I think that the way the regular employees are treated are horrible and that only if you are related to the manager or are a friend of hers than you don't get treated fairly you should be able to work and get return for your work
I've been to many Panda Express' in indianapolis and other city's my 2 experiences at the location in Anderson indiana Have been the most unpleasant. To my surprise they do not serve plum sauce. Ok fine. No big deal right? I can get over that. The part I'm not willing to over look is the poor customer service. I found a hair in my white rice, I called to inform them, it was in the steamed rice so I would think you should thow out the whole steamer. I didn't get an "I'm sorry" they took my number and no call so far. I will not be returning and I would advise wearing hair nets or hats.
Went trough the drive thru for store #1142 the employee rushed me placing my order and when I asked for a side of sauce I was told I couldn't have that because it was only for the teriyaki chicken when I asked her to repeat what she said then she repeatedly asked me if I wanted a drink I told her I wanted the sauce even if I pay extra and she still told me no I will need return to that establishment ever again unless they get new employees who are actually grateful they had a job perhaps she should go on unemployment if she doesn't want to work
I must start by saying i am an African American female that loves all races. How ever in my 8yrs of giving my best at panda express i have been victom of Asian, Hispanic,White people have been promoted and treated better than I! I kept quiet because some believe my race tends to use this as an excuse to get sympathy. Or always think every things about race. This is not my beliefs or intent. This is just an ongoing issue that i want exposed!
When they first opened in Riverdale Ga my aunt went and said they were horrible and their jello for the kids tasted like snot so me and a friend waited a little while to go there and the first time we went they were very rude but the food wasn't so bad so we just went again and they still acted like we were stupid we all wanted white rice and they said they were out and they couldn't make any more even though there was still 2 hours until they closed so we wanted to talk to the manager and all of a sudden none of them new how to speak English and claimed they couldn't give the managers number out and that he was on vacation they are the most laziest people ever a there was hardly any food left and they wouldn't make any more so we will definitely never go to a panda express again
I have never been so disgusted by the treatment of an employee in any restaurant. My son has a stuttering issue and as he was ordering his food he began to stutter as he ordered. When he completed his order the employee began clapping/cheering that he was able to complete his sentence. I will tell ALL that I know not to ever eat here! This system is requiring to rate this store but there is no negative rating. So what is shown is inaccurate!
