I'm so disappointed that I can no longer get good fried rice at PE. The brown rice does not taste good.

We just walked into a panda express that was supposed to be open for another 20 minutes, when we were told "im out of a lot of food". They had already closed and cleaned the entire service bar and they indeed had less than one serving of everything, except not everything. No chow mein, no orange chicken, no egg rolls -- no point in spending any of my money.

They are building a lot near North Austin Texas on RR620 I would like to know if you can put one there PLEASE thank you

Thank you Panda Express for switching to brown rice. Obesity is an epidemic in this country, and it is nice to know that when I need something quick for my family there is a healthier option out there. Switching to brown rice was a bold move and I am proud of you for it. I have tried the fried brown rice. Its good. For the rest of you who still yearn for white rice...fine avoid the health benefits if you want. Order the steamed white rice that is still available. Kudos Panda. Thanks for making a step towards a healthier country.

Twice I was interested in trying menu items based on advertising on TV. i was so wrong both times. The beef dish a few months ago was so spicy unable to eat. It was not advertised to be spicy. Then I tried the brown rice bowl with Surf and Turf. The brown rice was mushy and no flavor. The beef was too spicy to enjoy. I don't think I will be spending my money on your products again.

Dear Panda, I am VERY disapointed with the change of the fried rice. I enjoy fried rice and by making it brown rice it ruins the taste and texture. A good idea would be making brown rice an OPTION. Also I am in AAWWW that there is no longer white rice. I think that is BONKERS! I go to an asian fast food restaurant and there is no white rice or fried rice. I am VERY disappointed in your decision. Thank you for your time and consider the idea.

Dear Panda, I appreciate your health choices but I an very disappointed that you have made the decision for everyo e to have brown rice in the fried rice! Brown rice has a very different texture and completely ruins your once yummy fried rice!! Please, please, please change it back or have the brown version available for those who CHOOSE it! Isn't that what America is all about freedom to choose your fried rice? Thx alot

I ate at the Panda Express at 17602 Midway Road in Dallas Tx on 4-6-13 and got food poisoning and I was just now able to come back to work after missing half a week of work. I will never eat there again and will be telling everyone who will stop long enough to listen about my experience. Horrible!!!!!!!!

Please send an investigator to your culver center location. I believe they are taking the angus steak home and replacing a very inexpensive cut of beef. The chef is also the manager. I spoke with him today and he insisted that it was delivered by the home office. I have eaten the black angus entree At many locations. I had the same entree Friday night at the Sepulveda location next to Marshall's store and it was the same Delicious steak I've always had...I know it well. These people in culver are criminal...and stupid to think customers won't know the difference. You need to replace all the surly people at that location. While I was there, one of the girls was waving a cloth floor Caution sign around the floor and buffet area and blowing dust all over me and the food.

My Panda Express no longer has white fried rice!!! Informed yesterday by store manager in Yuma, AZ, that the will only have brown fried rice!!! What is this world coming to!!! I eat healthy and when I crave some Panda white fried rice, I go to Panda. Will no longer go there until you offer both white fried rice and brown. That seems fair!!!! Others feel the same, and I will spread the word to all I can!!!! I am sooo disappointed in Panda Express right now.

been with the company for almost a year. Drag going to work everyday. Worst job I ever had! And I'm a mgr! They are all talk but they don't care about their employee. My mgr training was more like pledging to a fraternity. They made people cried unnecessarily and worshiped the founder as though he's a god. What a joke!

I go to Panda Express approx. 3 times a month. Just found a 1-1/2 inch bone in the orange chicken. It got caught in my throat and I had a hard time coking it out.

My whole plate was nothing but vegetables. It would be nice to at least have some chicken or beef on my plate. Even the chow mein was nothing but vegetables.

People usually end up writing on these things just to complain. But hardly ever does someone say something good. I like Panda, they're pretty good and delicious as well as affordable. Unfortunately, Panda doesn't always have full control over what their employees do. You know, they're not on a robotic button. They do what they can with security and training, but you're bound go have people who slack or even some people who do horrible things. However, understand that every place is like this. You can try to control what you can but sometimes it's the workers themselves (not the company) that can end up ruining your experience.

I am surprised that I was food posion when my daughter and ate at the Panda Express in La Canada California on 11/27. Of all the items to get sick off of was the Orange Chicken. This tells me that the refrigeration process was not maintain! I wont be returning to Panda express for a very long time!

l love Panda express but their service in Hemet is terrible. Twice in the past week l walked out because there wasnt food prepared and i am talking about peak hours.l dont understand how this place is managed

9/19/12 I am writing to advise you that on 9/13/12 a charge of $6.70 was placed on my debit card with SunTrust Bank. I am retired from United Airlines, and my last day at work was on 7/4/12 at 5:30 pm. Your Orlando International Airport placed a charge on my checking account and I want the bank to pursue this erroneous charge. However, they're unable to find a phone number for this outlet. I purchased a coupon book put out by our local school in which panda express had a coupon issued this summer good through Aug 31 of 2013. My first complaint is that the girl who finally took our order ignored us while we waited while she stood there talking to someone else. My second complaint is that the coupon was " free entree with purchase of two." Even though these coupons are new and good for the next year I was told " we no longer offer that, you have to buy three and get the forth one free" absolutely horrible customer services to SELL coupons and fail to honor them.
