I am a faithful Meijers shopper and could hardly believe that an employee at the Gaylord Meijers was fired for helping a man when his car was on fire. I think this is a disgrace. Walgreens fired a pharmacist for protecting the employees during a hold up. I have not been inside a Walgreens since then. Get the message!

I frequently visit the Clyde park Meijer in Wyoming. Never have I been more upset then last night. A ratherly large grown man employee was making fun of a smaller employee and the lady he was working with and when told to go back to his job all he did was stand there and insult the Employee telling her to shut up and she was stupid. To my surprise nothing was done. It makes me wonder how long this has been going on and him getting away with it? Mr. Josh W. was the name of the employee on this third shift Gm stocking crew. I firmly believe this is not right for him to be treating other employees like this.

I shop at the Michigan City, Indiana Mejer and every time I go in to shop there are not any small carts available. I have a disabillity with my right hand and arm called Reflex Sympathetic Dsytrophy and it is not only difficult but painful to try to push the large carts. Time after time I have told greeter and or other employee's and I am either treated rudely or ignored. Today I went to the customer service desk after asking 3 people and finally it was addressed. I feel that when you tell a employee you have a disabillity they should be willing to help not look at you and smirk like the man working earlier today. You shouldn't need to be in a wheel chair to get some help. Thank you Linda Loy

i was gona start my training session. They said that my social security was invalid and i lost my chance to work. SOS number can never be invalid this is not fair. Please i need this job.

I live in Owosso Mi and weekly shop at Meijer in Corunna spendind a few hundred dollars weekly there. I am a caregiver for my 93 year old mother who loves to go to Meijer for one of her outings. Problem is. I have had major neck surgery and can not lift her wheelchair in and out of the car.I keep asking Meijer where the wheelchair is for public use is. No, they have none. The amigo cart is not an option for her at all. A large store of this size really needs a wheelchair. Even other stores have them. What is the problem? I bet other people have this same issue. Please get a wheelchair in your store.

I shop at Meijer in St. Charles IL. and I absolutely love the store and the prices. When I can't seem to locate something, I can stop a Meijer employee (98% of the time) and they not only know which isle it is in, but can also tell you right side, bottom shelf...that is awesome! The employees are friendly and nice. HOWEVER...I can take 1/2 hour to 45 minutes to shop the whole store and spend another 1/2 hourto 45 minutes in line at the Deli!!! Saturday/Sunday morning there will be 1-2 employees in the deli and 8 people waiting! It's a very common occurrence and I've complained numerous times! There is NEVER enough people working the deli. YOU REALLY NEED SOME HELP IN THERE! I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears...but it's not just me complaining...there's several people who hate the lack of assistance in the deli!

I recently applied at your Cold Spring Kentucky location and had a GREAT 3 set interview. they started the background check on me and i guess it came back that i had been in trouble with that store when I was 11 or 12. I'm 22 now. That was over 10 years ago. I wasn't even in high school yet. Yes i admit what i did back then was wrong, but all boys around that age do stupid things. i feel like i've been treated unfairly because of this. I'm a grown man with a great work ethic being held back because of my CHILDHOOD.

Let me first start by saying I enjoy shopping at Meijers for grocery, supplies and even gas. The Meijers that I usually go to is the Auburn Hills location near Brown Rd. Sometimes I might stop at a Meijer's location when I'm traveling. However, my girlfriend lives in Southfield and I'm frequently in the Southfield area and have visited the Southfield Meijer's on Telegraph Rd several times. That Meijer's is by far the worst Meijer's store that I have been too bar none. The services is bad, the stock of groceries is horrible and to top it off the store is crowded and cluttered. I have decided that I will not return to that Meijer's store until something has changed with how they operate, my girlfriend has seconded that Idea to not return and she lives in Southfield. Please address this stores issues as soon as possible before more people decide to go elsewhere.

The Meijer store on Telegraph Road, in Southfield, Michigan has a mice problem. I know this because one almost ran over my foot, as I was shopping in the dairy department.

Store 1005 13 mile, Madison Heights, MI. Your store managers John, Sandy and Patricia are very very disrepectful and rude. I have went to the store to buy items and your mangers would go to a cashier and would talk a cashier about their hour.When they had customer in their line and I was very up sit with this issue. I have witness this every time I go to this store. I live in the area and I have been to different Meijer's store and this is by far the worst store. The manager lack customer service.

very slow response to a defective tamper-proof packaging of a food item (lemon juice and lime juice) - not very impressed with Meijer Corporate - I like the Meijer stores.

I hope this message is seen by a MANAGER. Ordering on your website is ridiculous. I have been trying to place an order since Tuesday May 30 to no avail. I have called customer service a total of 4 times so I could spend $150. I was trying to purchase an air mattress that I needed by 6/6/13. If i had been able to order it I would have had it in plenty of time. I have received NO PHONE CALLS back from anyone at Meijer. I just keep getting sorry. Now when i go to your website the air mattress is sold out. I am outraged by your companies terrible customer service. I have made more than 20 attempts to order this one product on 7 different devices and with 2 different web browser. I was literally trying to give you my $$$ and I have not received good service. I am very disappointed and will no longer shop at meijer if this is the way I am going to be treated.

I used to love shopping at Meijers, but since moving to Howell, MI, I hate, HATE to! The layout of this store is so awful, I am now shopping st Costco or Krogers. It's absolutely awful......my old Meijers you walked in, produce and deli to the right.....meats located all together, and I spent MORE money there as it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. What are they thinking?

I have shopped at Meijer since they came to Indianapolis more than 7 years ago. I have had mostly good experiences, anyone can have a bad experience anywhere. I do not like customer service at Walmart and have found it pretty much the same at most stores. By the way, as far as requiring zip codes for credit/debit card verification, most gas stations require it, not just Meijer. Including Shell. Your zip code is provided by credit card services as a way of verifying your identity.

I have been on pain meds for 3 wks. for a back problem. Took a new prescription for the same meds in today was told it was too soon and the pharmacist decided I had to wait 2 more days.It was convenient for me to get it on the way home from the DR.not to have to go back again on friday. Since when does the pharmacists know better than my Dr.

Anybody that thinks wal mart is a better store for groceries is a complete idiot. Meijer is by far the best all around store!! I'm moving to arizona soon and am dissapointed meijers only have stores in about 5 states. Please expand !! I will miss your store greatly

I am done with Meijer! They cannot get registers to function right nor do the employees understand anything either....including managers.... I am sick of the whole place...double charged for groceries and checkout girl who is inappropriate....Walmart here I come!

Iam a frequent shopper at 12 mi and Mound in Warren Michigan. This last week I received my 94.00 state tax refund, I thought I would go and get groceries and cash the check. Will to my surprise I was told their is a hold and I am not in the system. Couldn't believe it. I was thinking of going to Wal-Mart. I asked the store manager Tom Livernois he approved the cashing of the check. Will you almost lost a customer because of a store policy. This policy should be changed. You know a state check is good. Shopping for groceries with I D. Why???
