i live in mass but sometimes shop in nh at tilton. We would love to have a store in Hanover ma. A great need for something other than shaw's which is too expensive. thanks for listening

We shop at your store in Leesville, LA. I'd like to know why you no longer offer Bryan Hickory Hollow Beef Smoked Sausage as an option on your order sheet. For years our church has sold Sausage/Chicken dinners once a month. We order 2 cases (30 pkgs) of the sausage every month from about May until the Christmas holiday season (Nov-Dec) every year. Our customers prefer Bryan HH Beef Sausage and expect it to be on our plates. We suddenly find it unavailable not only in Leesville but haven't found it anywhere in Central Louisiana. Please explain.

Please come to the Berlin-Gorham,NH area. We need good food for the health of our families and the health of our community. I and many of my friends have shopped in your Tilton, NH store. The quality of your meats, produce, and non-perishables was consistent. Your sale bins were conveniently located. Your shelves were well-stocked and your store was clean. Please consider coming to our area. We need you and the opportunity to work for you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would very much like to share a most pleasurable shopping experience that I had at your "Reading, Massachusetts Market Basket" this morning. I was at your store at 7:00 this morning to do my weekly shopping. I noticed that you were all out of "Sorrento Ricotta Cheese" and I needed 2 large containers. Aimee at Customer service said none was to be had until sometime next week and I needed it like now.. I asked Aimee to call the Woburn store and see if they had any on hand. Well to make a long story short one of your workers, Fadi, sent a worker named Holly to go to your Woburn "Market Basket" to pick up the Ricotta for me. The reason for this e-mail is to sing their praises and your praises. Theirs because all three were so kind, considerate and professional which meant alot to this consumer and made my shopping so much easier. I sing your praises for having the insight to employee all three.....I would so appreciate your telling them how grateful I am. Many, Many thanks, June Morello - Stoneham, MA

Would love to see a Market Basket in Plymouth, NH. It would be very busy and there is a great location available

I have shopped at your store at 700 Boston rd all of my Life and it use to be a good store to shop at. But lately not so much.I have witnessed your store manager yelling at three different employees all were young woman one of which was in tears. I cannot believe someone like this is a manager of any store. This is not the only problem with this store it is a very busy store I know but you cannot keep the items stocked.I shop each day and there is always something that is missing.Lucky for me there is another market basket 3 more miles away or maybe I will shop for now on at Shaws or Stop and shop it,s more expensive because there Union but they cannot treat there Employees the way that your store seems to do.

I run a Wildlife Center. A few months ago, Two Market Baskets in our area, CONTACTED ME (I DID NOT CONTACT THEM)and offered their out-of-date and throw-away Produce. Of course, we said YES. We sent them our 501c certification, a letter of Hold-Harmless, and information about the animals that we handle - Deer, Raccoons, Opossums, Squirrels, Rabbits, etc. that would greatly benifit from their Donations. We have been picking the Produce up 3 times a week, and also, when they call on an off-day. We were informed this week that these Market Basket stores have received an E-Mail from the Corporate Office, that they can no longer Donate the Produce to us. The Rehabbing wildlife, especially the Deer, have grown to rely on the Greens, Fruit, and Veggies. It has releaved us of purchasing them so that our Funds can be better spent on Medical, species specific formula and foods, and general care. One of the stores (the main reason they Donated the Produce) had a problem with people digging in there Dumpsters at night and taking the thrown away foods, and discarding what they did not want in the parking lot. Aside from making a huge mess that M.B. had to either hire extra people, or take their employees away from their desinated jobs, to clean up the mess each morning, they were liable for Law Suits. I realize they could be sued if someone got sick from eating a product they sold, or was even eaten from their dumpster, but we are feeding Wild Animals - not People or domestic pets, AND we have sent a release-from-harm letter. It is a shame that Companies have gotten so distant from the communities they serve that they forget who keeps them in business.

I am very disapointed with this store(GLOUCESTER). The reason is that the bag boys were never trained properly, they have put tomatoes, banana's, and other crushables on the bottom of the bag then put can goods on top of them, What do you think happened??? Yes everthing was squished. I worked as a bag boy in the late 60's down south and if I had ever done that I would have been firered on the spot.NO EXCEPTIONS I have spoken to the store manager and told me to bad.. The way I see it this all starts at the corpoate level for not caring. I bet they feel if you don't like it don't shop here go somewhere else....

We are in need of a Market Basket store in Merrimack. We have two Shaws stores with no competition so prices are high. Please look into building a location here in town. There are available properties. I gave you a 4 star rating because alot of your products are close to expiration date so I always look closely before purchasing an item other then that, your prices are great.

I lived in Haverhill Mass for 22 years and grew up shopping at Market Basket. When I moved up to Berlin NH, I was surprised to see that their was not a Market Basket around, which made it so I had to settle for Shaw's. However now that Shaw's closed in Gorham NH we have had no good place to shop for our grocery's. We do have a Walmart, but I find that there prices are to high and the quality of their food is poor. I know that its a very big request but I do have to ask WILL YOU PLEASE COME TO GORHAM/ BERLIN NH AREA!!!! I can promise that their will be more then enough customers to support you business. Sincerely Big Supporter of Market Basket...

You should be ashamed of yourselves, the worst store is in Epping, NH, the WORST! If they forget to give you a bag of groceries you paid for, they'll tell you "too bad" that's what they told my wife, too bad, per Management. We are not responsible. I plan on letting everyone I know about how you treat customers. My neighbor told me not to go because of how they treat customers, I guess I had to learn the hard way! I lost over $30.00 of groceries, where is it? "too bad, so sad for me, have a nice", per Vanessa.

When grocery shopping at the South Nashua Market Basket last night I had two coupons. one for $1.00 off kitty litter and one for $1.50 off New England Coffee. When I arrived at the register the cashier called a manager over and the manager said that I could use the $1.00 off coupon but not the $1.50 off coupon because the price of the coffee in comparison to the amount of savings that Market Basket cannot accept such a large savings. I find this ridiculous!! They also told me that it was because it was an online printed coupon...funny that my $1.00 coupons was too, but they accepted that one. I feel like I am being ripped off here because Market Basket (a multi-million dollar company) can't justify a $1.50 off coupon for a $4.99 bag of coffee. Something is not right here, and this is not fair consumer practices!!

MARLBORO MENTHOL SPECIAL 2 PACKS XXX CARTONS XX.XX SOUTH NASHUA LOCATION Do you see ANYWHERE ON THIS SIGN THAT SAYS: regular? longs? lights? ANYTHING???????? NO...........it simply says MENTHOL.............. $8.+ SAVINGS A CARTON YET.............I had to pay FULL PRICE for the cartons I bought of Marlboro Menthol 100s light............... The SIGN did not say anything other than what I wrote above! TOTALLY UNFAIR!!!

I do not shop in Market basket unless I absolutely have to because they don't ring it up right. When I get home I always add the the receipt up again and it is always wrong. No matter what the specials paper says, they charge what they want. I went in to buy corn because it was advertised as 5 cans for $2 with additional purchase. They charged me $0.72 per can and my purchases were over $40. This is just one example on the same receipt. all total I was over-charged over $4. I live in Vinton, LA. Market Basket is the only food store we have but I willingly go to WalMart in Orange, TX for groceries.

I live in Berlin ,NH. SINCE OUR SHAW STORE CLOSED OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IS BAD. ALTHOUGH WE HAVE A SUPER WALMART EVERYONE HERE IS DISAPPOINTED WITH IT. WHEN SHAW CLOSED THERE WERE RUMORS THAT MARKET BASKET WAS COMING AND EVERYONE WAS HOPING THE RUMORS WERE TRUE. I BELIEVE YOUR BUSINESS WOULD THRIVE IN THIS AREA. DO YOU HAVE ANY PLANS TO EXPAND TO THIS AREA. WE REALLY NEED YOU!!!!!!!! lgagne1@ne.rr.com

I just moved up to Hillsboro NH. This area is in dire need of a Market Basket grocery store. The closest market basket is about 28 miles away. Could you look into this , and see if there are any plans in the future? Everyone I talk to agrees with me..It would do excellant in this area, as the surounding towns would shop there also.Thank you. Eileen Austin.(leenyak@yahoo.com)
