MACY'S IS THE GREATEST STORE ON THE PLANET! EXCELLENT SERVICE, SELECTION OF GOODS, AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! MACY'S STANDS BEHIND IT'S PRODUCTS. OH BY THE WAY, CAN WE SAY SALES? THANK YOU MACY'S! THANK YOU FOR THOSE THANKSGIVING DAY PARADES WE ALL LOVE SO MUCH. MY DAUGHTER IS TEN YEARS OLD AND I WOULD LIKE TO SUBMIT A PHOTO FOR HER TO APPLY FOR A MODELING POSITION IN YOUR CATALOG OR WEBSITE, IF YOU WOULD BE SO GRACIOUS AS TO DIRECT ME TO THE PROPER DEPARTMENT. I WOULD BE SO GRATEFUL. MY E-MAIL IS paofamily@verizon.net. A LET ME WISH YOU A HAPPY MACY'S SHOPPING DAY.

sales check #7758902 Today is the SECOND time your home repair company has not shown for an appointment. I have lost $960.00 in lost wages and a job reprimand for taking the days off. This is unnecessary loss time and wages not too mention a mark on my employment record. I have made multiple purchases from Maceys and have always paid my bill and been an excellent customer, Maceys cannot claim that they have been a good vendor in any way. I dont know how a company like maceys can stay in business with such AWFUL customer service. I would think you would want to make this situation right..??? but NO???

I recently bought a pair of BCBG sandals from Macy's only for the beading to start falling off 2 months later. I have only worn the sandals a handfull of times, this should not be happening. However, I do realize that Macy's is only a manufacturer for BCBG. Regardless I purchased the shoes at Macy's and to my suprise there is NO ONE I can get into contact with to resolve my issue. I don't want another pair really, maybe just for mine to be repaired with the same beading. Needless to say I can't speak with anyone who is able to assist me with this situation. Not happy with Macy's right now.

I have been a loyal customer of Macy's for 20 years and have recently been down on my luck. I was intially furloughed from my job and then laid off for approximately 8 weeks. I have returned back to work, however I only work four days out of a week. My situation is I had two credit cards from Macys when things were going well, eventually I had to make arrangements once my payments kept increasing. Macy's worked with me to become current on my bills/payment and I have almost paid them both off. My minimum payment is $10.00 on one account, I had a $83.00 balance and $20.00 on another account, balance was $288. I went on line to make my payment on June 15, like I always did when I was working. My payment came out of my bank statement the morning of June 18, my payment is due on the 17th. In closing, since it took three days to post, I was charged $29.00 on both accounts. I called customer service, and begged them to please take off the late charges, explaining to them I was doing the best I could to pay these bills off and I couldn't afford to pay the late fees. They were very cold, and told me I need to pay my bills before the due date, I told them I made the payment as soon as I received my check on the 15 of June. I ask to speak with a manager and you know how that goes, no one would override anyone. My payments for next month are now $35 dollars on one account and $50 dollars on another and I know I will not be able to make those payment wo i will be in collection, this is unfortunate.

Customer Service is deplorable--unacceptable. Had major inconvenience with delivery of furniture. Scheduled delivery and never showed up or contacted me. Second delivery date--furniture was delivered at 10 P.M. Used a gift card for the furniture and was promised another gift card for $75.00 for customer inconvenience--never issued either to me even after contacting store manager. Sofa had to be returned--soiled!!!

I have loved shopping at Macy's for years in California. I came to Medford, Oregon. I shopped this little store for 3 years now. Lot's of problems. I was confronted in the lady's bathroom by 2 employees one on each side of me while I was washing my hands. I was accused of stealing items. I am an avid shopper but very upset with this. I talked to the manager she said that was not acceptable and would talk to the girls. Next... I had the purse department hold a Guess purse for me for 2 days until the sale and the security department put it back on the floor before I returned to purchase it. Disappointment! Then.... I have to tell all of you women out there how HORRIBLE the smell of the womens bra department dressing room is. You can hardly stand to try on a bra. The management does not have to go in there so he is not going to put a fraguance of any kind in there or shampoo the carpets. I have about had it with this hippie town, where they do what they want and no one is accountable. I am going back to the classy stores in Orange County where they go out of there way to please the customer. It sure is a different life up here. Bye Bye Macy's

I sent a letter to the Chairman/CEO on this, but I'm hoping others will read and reinforce the message. I was asked to open a Macy's VISA during a purchase. I'm sure I was promised some savings, so I opened the account. I've used it as an alternate card from time to time. The other day I noticed a $6.67 charge to Credit Pro - no idea what it was. I called to ask to have it reversed and was told I'd need to call the vendor directly, and was mysteriously offered to be transferred. I was told it is an affiliated Macy's company. After 15 minutes on hold, the associate came back and told me to call the vendor back when they had time to take my call. I'll spare you the details but I ended up so frustrated by the wasted time and unsatisfactory responses, that I wrote a letter demanding reversal of all Credit Pro charges since inception. The written reply was that I could call the vendor directly and no reversal of charges was coming. The outcome is this: 1. Card cancelled and bill paid in full less 8 months of "Credit Pro" charges totaling about $80. (You'll remember all I wanted reversed at the outset was the $6.67. I figured the rest wasn't worth pulling out old bills to tally up.) 2. Loss of an exceptionally credit-worth customer of Macy's VISA. 3. Loss of a customer who will now never set foot in a Macy's again, nor will he take his daughters there. Just think of the multiplier. 4. Gain of a disgruntled customer who will on every opportunity tell others that Macy's is fraudulent and unprofessional. Signing me up for a service which I did not request and was not asked to decline is fraudulent. When the service is provided by a related company, it is just sleazy. Failing Shame on you Macy's. Your greedy schemes have sullied an old and well loved retailing name.

Your recent advertising promoting same sex marriage is an outrage to the 79+ million Catholics in this United States. YOu have lost the majority of us as customers forever.

Someone from the corporate office needs to contact me ASAP concerning my horrible experience I had at Macy's Mattress Dept. in Altamonte Springs Florida Below are the details on my mattress. I purchased it from the Macys Altamonte Store. When I purchased it I was told I had 30 days to try it out and return it no questions asked. I was also told if anything leaked or spilled on it, they would exchange it out for free because I have the protections plan. I had a spill on it and the return policy was a mess. 3 people came out before they would exchange it. I left the Altamonte Store 3 messages and never heard back from anyone to confirm the exchange. I then called the Millenia Mall Macys and spoke to Alvin. He was shocked at how horrible my experience has been and issued me a 100 gift certificate and confirmed the exchange and ordered my new mattress. However, they didn’t make my same mattress anymore. It had only been about 35 days since I purchased mine and the company didn’t make it anymore so they sent me one from a different manufacturer. When it arrived, it felt completely different. The delivery guys sat on my old mattress and the new one and confirmed it was a lot different. I immediately called Alvin and he sincerely apologized. He advised me to go the store and physically lay on each one and decide which one I prefer since I have now only had this one for 3 days. I went to the Altamonte store Sunday night and arrived at 7:30pm. The man in the mattress department had already left and the kids clothing department saleswoman said no one was there and he left early so once again no one was there to help me. I wrote down the bed that I would like and called Alvin today to do the exchange. He looked into his computer and told me that in order for me to do the exchange Customer service needs to take back my current mattress and boxspring. The bed that I like is a different boxspring and I will not get the set price unless I purchase both not to mention the box spring on my current bed is a different brand than the one I picked out on Sunday. Alvin said I needed to call customer service and ask for a supervisor because my situation has been horrible. He said they should agree to take back both because they didn’t make my original mattress anymore and they should send me one similar. Since it wasn’t the same bed as before and that isn’t my issue, they should honor my request to return the entire thing and allow me to purchase an entire different set. I would like the following at the sales price honored as of Sunday. My current order is under: P Kruppenbacher I would like the following order: Perfect Sleeper Elite Serta Rutherford Latex PLUSH Super PT As of 5/16 Queen Set is $999.00/ regular $1709.00 PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH A RESOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. MY NUMBER IS 407-616-6915 PATSY KRUPPENBACHER

For the past two years I have been charged on my Macys' account for fur storage. Last year I was unknowingly charged and because I receive parperless bills the only way I found out that I had been charged was because I received a past due notice. This needs to be corrected and I should not have to go into the fur department to fix this.

Not only as an associate am I constantly receiving complaints about Macy's customer service, I recently had the honor of experiencing some of the same issues and difficulties with the customer service department. It would behoove Macy's to drastically improve it's customer relations by cleaning house from the top down immediately and finding a way to mend the damaged reputation it has among a very large portion of the customer base. I am amazed that corporate seems to care so very little about its brand that has been ongoing for many years and is an institution in and of itself. Seriously take to heart the opinions of your clients and associates as you will damage your reputation by the slovenly manner that your credit and customer service employees treat the clients. It is unprofessional and unbelievable that incorrect issues cannot be addressed in a more efficient and pleasant fashion, and I for one, am discouraged at the behaviors from said office.

My fiance and I were in your store in Bowling Green Ky on Saturday May 22,2010. We have the privledge of seeing how well your store employees conduct themselves in a serious situation. We had our 2 1/2 year old grand-daughter with us, this is the one time we didn't have her in a stroller. While talking to a sales clerk..it took all 0f 10 seconds for her to disappear. We were looking frantically for her and called for assistance from your store employees. They immediately stationed someone at every exit. Within 2 minutes she was found hiding under a clothes rack. We were not allowed out of the store until we verified we were the ones looking for her. Senior management ( I suppose) was the one who verified us. May I say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for the quick action of your employees.

Making a purchase from your Wedding Registry is a complete nightmare!! Three (3) items were selected and purchased to be sent to the bride.Much to my surprise 1 item was sent to the bride, the remaining 2 items were shipped to me. I have spent over 3 hours trying to correct YOUR ERRORS. I guess the play PROMISES,PROMISES was named after your customer service dept!!! This nightmare began on May 11 and continues today May 22. I have been a loyal Macy's customer for over 33 years, with the shoddy service I don't know how much longer I will continue to shop with you???

I would like this message forwarded to the CEO of Macy's. After being a very long standing customer of Macy's, I will no longer be shopping at Macy's. I feel that your coupon sales are very misleading in general, but last week I had 2 experiences with the family and friends sale that were totally misleading and made absolutely no sense. I am not the only one who feels this way, as I have witnessed many other Macy's shoppers with the same dissatisfaction. You are loring us into the store under false advertising.

Apparently I have (or had) 2 Macy's accounts - one a regular store account and one a VISA. I am timely with my payments and apparently seeing a credit on the former account, did not pay a bill to the VISA. Starting last week, I began to get irritating collection calls from a number allegedly in MAson OH but it is actually someplace in India. The Indians read me a script, wanting me to make a payment of $56.60. OK, I said, I'll do it. I went to the website and using a bank transfer (it's the quickest way) I paid $56.60. Payment made. Over the next several days I began to get the same type call from the same type caller in a hard -to - comprehend accent, reading the script and demanding payment. After the third such call (having explained that yes, I had made the payment) I asked for the corporate address. Indian call center swings into damage control - I never did get the address from him, by the way. I asked him to cancel my account, he said he would and I would get no other calls. Wrong! They started up again. After day four of relentless calls, after the payment was made, after the account closed, after being assured the calls would stop - I hate Macy's. I am your ideal customer, my hair salon is right next door to a Macy's in Plano Texas. Luckily I can afford whatever I wish to buy and Macy's offers convenience and a good price. I have three times logged on to sumbit praise of a particular sales associate (twice for a guy from India). So so long Macy's. Pass this along to the genius who oversees your call center relationship, the head of marketing and maybe the corporate president though apparently the people who have also logged ina their complaints lead me to expect little action. I plan to follow this up with my Macy's cards shredded up to your corporate office. And by the way, I told my story to a group of 65 people this Thursday (I was speaking about corporate responsibility and customer service) and used this example as why Macy's demonstrates neither.

Horrible management all over customer service dosnt mean nothing to Macys I will never shop there again

I am not receiving my Macys bill. I have called your customer service dept many times and they cannot help me.
