Worst pizza company ever I hope you all have to file bankruptcy

Try this

It was years since I had my last Little Caesars pizza and now after moving to Wilson, NC I finally decided to give it a try. I always used to love the pizza. The pizza I got wasn't horrible but, nothing like I remember in the 1990's. I walked in to get a Hot-N-Ready pizza and apparently it was hot and ready a number of hours before I got there. It tasted old and was barely warm. I ate it anyway because I was hungry but in defense of Little Caesars I will also say that I haven't found a decent pizza in this town yet. They go from bad to worse to near death. I do have a solution; Start my own pizza parlor. That's right, I said "parlor". When's the last time you heard that word? The last time you had a good pizza I would bet. Manage it properly even after I'm a multimillionaire and if I can't, sell it to someone who will. That was easy!

Banned from Little Caesar's for complaining

Today July 12, 2013 at about 1:45pm I walked into Little Caesar’s pizzeria in Holiday Florida located at 1879-01 Us Highway 19 and got on line to order. I was then asked by Jim that came out from behind the counter who said he owns that particular Caesars pizzeria to step outside. He said because I have complained about their pizza in the past I am not allowed in that store anymore. I have bought over $100.00 worth of their pizza as a 2 slices for $2.12 order with tax almost every day for months at a time, and I will occasionally complain when the slices are cut unevenly and too small or if the crust is dried out or are missing cheese. There is no customer service at the Holiday Florida Caesars pizza. Whatever happened to the old rule that the customer is always right? Being banned from a pizzeria for complaining because a pizza is supposed to be made consistently right and I do not like throwing away my pizza and money when a pizza is not made right.

poor service

went to your aurora Illinois store order two pizza's received the wrong order and was told that it wouldn't be replaced had to speak to corporate and call got no answer there. this store needs new management and corporate needs someone to answer complaints on weekends the one star rate is a minus 5 star

If you are ever in Allentown PA do not get pizza from Allen St store there pizza is not good. Hardly any cheese and over baked and the place is dirty looking. Please go to the better location in Emmaus PA better pizza and better service all around.

business

Ur ratings suck...not many stars. I would be embarrassed if my website had so many negative reviews. Tend to your customers, little ceasars went out of business in my tow n (Lancaster,pa) for like 15-20 years...I wonder why

good food for the money

the south county location little Caesars has passed everyone in ridiculous practices their ovens have been broken for several months now and they even pay someone to stand their and tell people that and shrug their shoulders and give a stupid look...WOW...k-mart in St Louis has allowed a new record low to happen or not happen

Smaller Deep Dish Might Work

Before you reinvented your menu, back in the old "Pizza Pizza" days, you had an item you called "Pan-Pan" It was essentially an individual pie consisting of two of the eight slices in your current deep dish. As good as that item is, eight slices are way too much for a lunch for one person. I can't count how many times I had a hankering for some of your deep dish but went elsewhere because I would have to buy too big a pie. How about offering a package with only 4 slices or even just two? People who want four can always order two 2-slice orders. As it now stands, I can't enjoy it unless I have one or even two others to share the 8 slices with. I can handle 4 slices for a lunch. The old Pan Pan 2-slice size would be a nice snack. Think about it. Downsizing the minimum pie might boost your sales of that item. . .

NEVER HOT AND READY

On two separate occasions I have went to store #3378 on Stockton Hill in Kingman ,AZ. To get a deep dish pizza, between the hours of 4-8 and both times they told me it would be twenty mins. well to me that is unacceptable due to the ovens only taking 7-8 min. and if i wanted to wait then i could of just went somewhere else.. I thought the motto is HOT & READY.. not the case for Kingman AZ

Horrible customer service

My church and I often buy pizza from tho location. But on this occasion we were very offended. At 745 we were going to order a pizza from this location that closes at 8pm. While we were in line with multiple to people and we were told they would not take our order because they were closing. This is completely rude and very bad customer service. If I could rate this any lower I would

management

I called for a square pizza arrived to find 2 smalls and no double chz when I asked manager he began to argue with me and tell me what I ordered T refused to pay and as I walked out he called ma a vulgar term he was luckey I have a wife and kids in my younger days he would have been in hosp and me in jail 18 mile in Hayes store Clinton township MI tried to call and complain but we know where that went yes they have lost another customer and why do I have to give at least one star to post this I rate them negative 1 star

was threatened by employee

928 W. Jefferson, Springfield, Il. on June 18, 2013 at around 7:00 P.M., I ordered a pizza and bread sticks for myself and 3 kids, breadsticks were still dough not cooked at all, I call and asked if they would compensate me for my inconvenience and I was told no and I asked for the mans name because I wanted to call corporate and he refused to give me a name and told me to quit calling or he would call the police and tell them I was threating him, which I did not do. The pizza was also cold and I will never eat there again also to inform everybody I know not to eat there.

little ceasers

I went to little ceasers on Maumee st in Adrian mi. I ordered 2 hot and ready's and got them home only to find that they were dry and hard (had been sitting for awhile). The district manger who was supposed to of called didn't and when I contacted her at the store, she was too busy to talk the call. If you happen to get a messed up pizza from little ceasers, good luck trying to get it corrected.

just a suggestion

I've been a very loyal customer of yours and I would like to suggest you bring back your big foot pizza..that pizza was very delicious and I believe bringing it back would definitely boost your sales. Please take my suggestions into consideration as I can assure you it will be a good financial decision.thank you

Terrible Service

Tonight I ordered one pizza, ham on all of it plus pineapple on the other half. When I got there they had two pizzas for me to pick up. I explained to them I only ordered one and they said "too bad, you have to take both." I then asked to talk to the manager who also told me I had to purchase both pizzas or leave without either. Now one of those pizzas is going to go to waste and I had to waste my money on it. We go there about once a week and I am thoroughly disgusted with their attitude and service.

Racism in the Searcy, AR store

I didn't think this corporation had employees who have the same mindset as some who worked at the Papa John's in Sanford, FL, but apparently I was wrong. There are 2 young men who work in the Searcy, AR franchise who are rude to customers and their fellow employees. I went in to put up an order and one of these 2 young men used the 'N' word along with other inappropriate language while I waited for my food. I plan to submit a formal complaint with the NAACP and any other organization that will listen. I will also post this information on your Facebook page and any other place which has a public forum. I don't think these 2 young men should be employees of any organization..PERIOD!! Check this store. I'm sure other employees and customers will agree.

Taylor

Little Caesars seems to be understaffed, and poor customer relation. I received the wrong order twice within 20mins. As I was about to take off in my car , I opened the pizza box and it was the wrong order. I went back into the store & told the cashier she gave me the wrong order. she then went in the back & began making me another wrong order. The stores are always crowded. "They need more workers!" Give me a break.

Horrible Management

The Little Caesars in Manassas, Va on Mathis Ave, has the worst management system i have ever witnessed! My girlfriend has worked there since Aug of 2011, they give her NO! hours and when she does have hours, one of the managers will either call her out before her shift starts, or she will go into work and they will let her clock in and they will keep her for an hour if that and send her home! I personally don't see the point in that, they need to step up on being managers and schedule the right amount of people. Some people in this world need those hours. Also I didn't think it was okay to change the schedule on some one, my example is a girl from the store called my girlfriend and asked if she would cover her schedule, my girlfriend said yes cause it was a decent amount of hours and that was good for her, so the girl told the manager and they made a note of it on the schedule. Well they did that almost a week in advance, so come day of my girlfriend got a call and the manager NOT the store owner and NOT the GM gave her hours to another crew member without telling my girlfriend or the girl she switched with! This store needs to have something done with it! its udderly rebelliousediclious they way that it is ran!

Educator

I would like to applaud the Little Caesars in Chicago Heights in Illinois on Joe Orr road. I often place large orders for my students with this location and the staff is always efficient, polite, timely, and courteous. I really appreciate this location and the staff there. Thank you all so much!!!!!
